We had the wedding of our dreams here! People were blown away by the views and the beautiful venue itself! It’s great that if you do have your wedding here, you get the whole property for the whole day. It’s also inclusive with catering, Dj, florals, and cake. The coordinator we had helped us figure out almost everything, it was like having a planner to a small extent.

Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to!

Sunset Ranch is an ideal place for a wedding event. An idyllic venue for an outdoor wedding under the canopies of the trees. The sunset experience culminated with a fire dance !!! The food was well prepared.

We at HNL Studios, can say that Sunset Ranch on the North Shore of Hawaii is an amazing venue. We love the convenience that Sunset Ranch offers as well as the large property, allowing couples to have both their ceremony and reception in one place!

Sunset Ranch was my dream venue!
Picking this venue was the BEST decision we made for our wedding.
At the the tour I fell even more in love & my husband was in awe! But what also sold us was the packages they offer. I tell this to everyone that ask about our wedding venue. Having about everything included in a package made planning our wedding stress free! Our coordinator was Alia & she is amazing! All the information & sheets provided helped us smoothly plan our wedding day. She even kept us up to date, a week before our wedding she messaged me about the grass in our reception area not growing well & gave us options to switch thing around, which I was so grateful that she did that prior to the day.
The day of our wedding was so magical! The venue was set up just how I imaged & Alia along with the other staff helped the day run so smoothly.
My guest were even amazed by this venue and the scenery!
This may sounds like a ramble, but I just love this location! I wish I could re-live this day again. & will continue to encourage other couples to add this venue to their list.

Sunset Ranch is an absolute dream venue!

I got married at Sunset Ranch last month and could not be more happy with how everything turned out.

I live in California and wanted to host our wedding in Hawaii. After doing some browsing online, I stumbled across Sunset Ranch and ended up booking solely based on the pictures online. I am happy to say, the venue is 100 times prettier in person.

We ended up booking the signature package and so glad that we did because it made planning so much easier. All of the package vendors exceeded our expectations.

The package came with a coordinator that helped with all of my questions leading up to the wedding as well as taking care of everything the day of. Laurie was assigned as my coordinator and I am so thankful for all of her help. She took care of everything! My wedding day was stress free and perfect.

We decided to utilize all of the ranch for our wedding day. The ceremony was hosted at the Fern Garden. Cocktail hour was hosted at Charlie’s Pond with lawn games and live music and our reception was hosted in the Sunset Stables. Getting to use all of the different event spaces really added to our guest experience. All of the spaces were unique and spectacular.

It has been exactly a month since our big day and all of our guests are still raving about their day at Sunset Ranch. We have had so many guests day that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and we would like to thank Sunset Ranch and it’s staff for that.

We picked this venue based on the photos online and it did not disappoint! We were able to get everything planned virtually with the help of our amazing wedding coordinator, Alia.

We selected a package and the whole planning process was a breeze. The day of was free of stress and was taken care of 100%. Thank you Alia and team for such an unforgettable experience ❤️

It was a beautiful venue, but please be sure to go over the packages in detail with them before you book the venue. We felt misled in the customization process and ended up paying $28,275.56 for a 4 hour dinner party for 85 guests, with no ceremony, appetizers, tableware, coffee, or alcohol included. They also did not have Fridays or Saturdays available when we had to change the date a year in advance.

We had to pay out of pocket for the items not included in the cost of $28,275.

Tableware: We provided disposable plates, cutlery and cups. Sunset Ranch provided table cloths and napkins.
Coffee: We provided coffee beans and coffee cups, cream and sugar. Sunset Ranch brewed the coffee.
Alcohol: We provided Alcohol. Sunset Ranch provided ice and cups
Appetizers: We provided our own appetizers for $600. By removing the apps from Sunset Ranch venue provider we saved $1,280.

Hopefully, being transparent about the cost will help you make a more informed decision about where to host your special day.
