Summit Adventure Park is an Awesome place for kids. There's so many activities to do. I wish I was a kid again. If I didn't have bad knees and a herniated disc, I'd be a Jumping fool! All of the staff are helpful and attentive.
The massage chairs were a Great Relief to my aching back.
I will Definitely be bringing my family from Alabama and Massachusetts here!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. We paid a for a membership for our 2 kids to go jump every once and a while, but they wouldn't honor it because my one kid wasn't physically there. I could have lied to them and gone right in, but I'm not that type of person. Instead they said we needed to pay full price, even though WE'RE ALREADY PAYING FOR A MEMBERSHIP!!!

My kid was crying as we were walking out, saying how "mean those people were". And I completely agree with him.

I haven't seen this level of incompetence in a long time and needless to say we're cancelling immediately and will find a better place in the area.

Save yourself a headache and don't buy a membership here. It's highway robbery.

A great value, our favorite trampoline park in Charleston

The trampoline jumping parts were fine . The recreation areas , apart from that ridiculous line if you want to buy a refreshments or snack . Be ready for a 30 min wait . Regret not buying at least drinks while paying. The skill games are a scam , claw picks the balls up but the weight causes the claw to open and drop what you rightfully earned . Don't waste your money on the keyhole skill game . As you will notice all the prizes are unwon because its not possible being the the key puncher actually adjusts in height up or down as it goes in . Basically the machine is designed to cheat you . Gave 3 stars for the actual rec area. Rest of this place is poorly set up , even the floors and cheaply built benches , my children quickly got board and upset because was unable to buy a soda due to the outrageous line , literally only 1 or 2 people handling the whole snack and ticket area

Buyer beware story. My daughter broke her arm (not there) so obviously I wanted to cancel our membership since we can't use it for at least 3 months. I called to cancel and because I didn't give them 48 hours notice they charged me anyway. Apparently, it's in the fine print from the waiver we signed a year ago. We won't be going back and I'm be sure to warn every parent about this bit of fine print.
