great place to sit and meet with a friend, or get some work done. staff is always super friendly. i recommend the smoothie bowls, they're actually pretty filling and the drinks are always well made.

This is the best coffee shop that I visit in the Palos area. I order Lavender coffee and avocado sandwich and it was delicious. Definitely recommend this place. If you wanna sit and relax and of course, enjoy the coffeewith a little snack.

I live & work in the city, so every time I’m in the area I always stop by and get a big fella Nutella toast and an iced mocha. My recent visit was amazing because I was able to bring my sister to try it out. She LOVED IT! Excellent service, great atmosphere, and a very kind staff. Truly a must try if you want a bang for your buck!

I LOVE Strange Brew! This unassuming strip mall coffee shop has become my go-to spot for meeting a friend, getting some work done, or just treating myself to a special drink on a blah day. The employees are so friendly and helpful, and everything I've ordered — from cookies and iced coffee to avocado toast and specialty lattes — has been delicious. Plus, the menu is super cute and the vibe is laid back and unpretentious.

I actually live across the street (walking distance) to another popular local shop and I will get in my car and drive to Strange Brew rather than walk to the nearby shop. That's how much I recommend Strange Brew <3

Nice, quiet place to get coffee. Their toast was super tasty and generously served, they don’t skimp out on the Ingredients. The tropical thunder smoothie bowl was also delicious. Everything was freshly made on the spot. The place itself is really cute and nicely decorated. Seems like locals go to get some work done while they have some coffee. They also have some outdoor seating available for those who prefer some fresh air. I’ll most likely be back.
