I moved here 1 year ago and have spent thousands here and at the location in Holyoke. These guys are absolutely awesome, especially at this location specifically. The technician here is insanely thorough and really nice. Love these guys

I reached out to the Enfield location to repair a second hand Xbox One controller that wouldn't power on after an update. I thought it was originally a software issue but couldn't confirm. I worked with Corey who was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided a repair on the spot, all within about 30 minutes. This included soldering work which isn't a simple fix. I'm glad I reached out to them. Thank you so much for the great experience!

State line games have changed a lot since their feeding Hills location in Massachusetts. When you walk into the store, they will probably have anything you can imagine for games and game systems. However, when it comes to employees and their honesty do not go to the Enfield location.

I left the store after meeting with Edwargo. I traded in 2 Nintendo game systems (n64, dsi) 2 controllers, 20-25 wii and Xbox games, as well as super smash on GameCube. $185. Then said because I traveled “all this way” he can make it $200. Thank God I kept my conkers bad fur day and Pokémon crystal because this guy was willing to scam me with those two rare titles included at $225. I should mention he priced ocarina of time at $12 on n64. Do not make my mistake of choosing to go here.

Grab the ice pack and bend over, GameStop does better deals folks. Legitimately go on eBay and sell your games or go to a mom and Pop place like Toms in Palmer ma. Huge let down and not a good experience.

One of the coolest used video game stores I've ever been to in the state (yet, it opened not even three weeks ago!). They carry older video games & consoles such as Gamecubes, older Playstations, Sega Genesis, Nintendo 64, and others. Very impressive & somehow organized in a neater way. I bought some cool Gamecube games (bought 3 of them!). Really cool prices at the store. Will come back soon, after all!

Has a bunch of vintage games from regular Nes to Dreamcast, N64, Sega, Super Nintendo, Gameboy, Wii, 360, Ps4, Xbox one, Atari, They even have a Nintendo Power Glove!!! They aslo Buy and Trade and are def fair i got more than i would have at Gamestop! Just an update their location inside the Enfield Mall has closed as of Feb 28th. They still have a location in MASS but I'm not sure where it is exactly. So bummed they had a ton of stuff but like all stores in the Enfield Mall the rent was just to much compared to the amount of business they were doin.

Went out of there way to find me a specific game! Atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. Best video game store around hands down 10/10
