We rented a lane for an hour and played 2.5 games.

About 27 bucks.

Friendly staff. Lots of parking.

This place is not family-friendly!!!!
The manager by the name of Ryan, a bald gentleman with glasses and a beard(stood about 5’6), proceeded to yelled“you people need to leave.” to my friends and I as we were bowling; Due to him not agreeing with how I was bowling. I asked him politely “What was the problem?” when I have bowled the exact same way every time I come there; which has been two years now. Heck, I even offered to show him videos of me bowling the same way at the establishment two weeks prior to today . He continued to become aggressive and more disrespectful as I explained that none of the other employees has had a problem with the way I bowl until now. With a vicious look, he aggressively stated “How you’re bowling is denting that lane”. As flabbergasted as I was, because you can see clear as day that the lane was perfectly fine(keep in mind I bowl with 6s and 7s), I asked “Do you mind showing me where, so I may to choose a different bowling style?” He aggressively yelled “ I don’t have to do anything.” Afterwards I asked “Well, do you mind giving me a refund?“ He aggressively stated “No! You partially used the lane and are wearing the shoes, so I won’t.”
When I asked to speak with the general manager or at least be given a card to speak with one, he aggressively stated “NO”.
This has been the most fearful situation I have ever been in. No one expects to ever come to a supposedly “family-friendly” environment and be treated so terribly by a leader of the establishment, to the point you began to fear for your life. Truly, it brings me great pain to have to leave this review on this establishment. However, I believe how the situation was handled by Ryan was utterly unacceptable and disgusting. Honestly, if I addressed the situation as inhumane as Mr. Ryan, then I would understand his reaction. However, that was not the case. I pray that if you do decide to attend this establishment you are treating at least decent. Please do better Mr. Ryan; customers should never feel as if you are going to physically attack them.

Date night delight. Husband and I bowled for an hour, played 3 games each, and it was only $35 with shoe rental. Lanes had a little too much oil but we will definitely be back!

I am direct support professional.my job deals with autistic and many more disabled adults.we went here to have fun and the staff there was very helpful in making sure the individuals had fun and were not treated differently.we will be back Stardust.

I walked in like that level 10 Sigma PHONK BOIII and they told me that I smell really bad and need to get out but I literately told them that "you think your the king I'm the king" and then I drunk some still water and played Phonk on my way out. Great experience I definitely recommend.
