I should have read the reviews before standing in line 30+ minutes then waiting at least as long for my drink. One cashier, one person making drinks, and one person putting together pastries in bags. SLOWEST SERVICE EVER at a Starbucks! A customer came up to ask for more half-and-half, and the drink maker couldn't be bothered to even make eye contact. Brian Niccol, are you listening!? Staff the location properly for the crowds, and up the level of friendliness and customer service of staff here!

My advice: don’t even try ordering here at peak times. Even if the line seems just ~5 people. Go buy coffee from other place, instead. Else you’ll be stuck in a waiting for 30+ minutes.

It’s Definitely one of the slowest services I’ve had. 30 min in lane to place the order and other 15 to receive it (happened at 9 am). Mobile orders get all the priority and swamp the baristas queue so bad that the cashier has to step away from attending the next customer in line. I give them 2 stars because the staff, while totally overwhelmed with the amount of requests coming in, still maintain and good attitude and are helpful, kudos to them!

Although this is a licensed store, I hope Starbucks can step in to fix the process because it’s unacceptable having to wait 45 for a coffee at the airport, where we need to make our flights.

This has to be the slowest experience I've had at Starbucks. There were only 3 workers and they didn't act rushed, even though there were at least 20 people waiting for orders. Many left without their drink because they had a flight to board and the orders were taking 45 minutes to be made. I never got my order either. Starbucks needs to put more staff at this location and the mobile app needs to tell you how much time an order is estimated to take, especially when you order at an airport.

Over 20 minutes for a mobile order. It used to take about 10 minutes. In not sure what changed from 2 months ago, but I travel out of this terminal every other week. Time to complete orders is horrible. They had 2 people last week at 6am, 3 people today at 4:45am. They need more people and a better system for showing things up.

The previous reviews were absolutely correct. I put in a mobile order for a Mocha and waited exactly 37 minutes. Nothing. Had to leave to board my flight. If you like watching grass grow, paint dry or icicles form, this is your place.

Waited for well over 30 minutes just to order. Meanwhile, the sole lady working behind the counter processed about 25 mobile orders before she’d take each person in line.

If the people on their phones are more important than the people here in person, for christs sake at least put another person back there to help the number of orders. It’s absolutely absurd.

Horrible experience for sure. Makes me hate the Starbucks empire.

Ordered her on Feb 15. Waited over 35 minutes for 1 latte. There were at least 60 others waiting for their order at the same time. The staff of 4 were definitely overwhelmed. They were finally telling people in line to order that it would be at least 30 minutes. The entire experience was poor.
