I will not be coming back here because the workers gave us a broken key thing. To the lockers. And we left the key and all of our phones. And when we got the our stuff we took the key to the worker and she was extremely rude. And told us that we broke their stuff. And my cousin that is 18. Went to give the worker the key and she said that we was throwing their stuff around and said we wasn’t getting our money back. So we went to go outside to sit and wait for our ride and one of the other workers came out screaming at us and at one point got in my face and said we was very disrespectful and we wasn’t. we was trying to tell her we was calling parents. And there was a random kid sitting next to her making stupid jokes about us and she just laughed. And then told an another girl that they treat their customers with respect. And the worker had to walk us out to my mom’s car. And told us that they was going to call the cops on us. And then proceeded to start in on my mom. And then lied straight to my mom’s face. Don’t get me wrong i used to love this place but the workers are very rude. And has no respect for people or peoples teens/kids.

I was checking out a walker for my first time skater. The walker cost $2.00 to rent.

While I was checking the walker out someone said the claw machine took their money. The staff said there was nothing they could do. So the guy made a sign with a sticky note and the staff asked him not to put that in the machine.
Then, we stopped skating to have cake and pizza, I asked the staff if they want us to return it while we were having cake. She said if you return it you will have to pay again to check it out after cake.

This is a Fantastic roller skating rink! Very very cool. Has a well stocked snack shop with fast efficient service. Although we went with our granddaughter there were several young people unaccompanied but well behaved and courteous. I felt like it was a safe well ran arena. A lot of thought went into the design as there is a smaller rink for beginners. There is also an arcade area. We participated in a couple intermission skate games. I noticed at least 3 birthday parties going on. We did rent a locker but many just had shoes next to benches.
Definitely a FUN time for ALL ages! My granddaughter brought her roller skates but I rented skates and they were comfortable and well cared for.

Staff are extremely rude, I asked to get my 5 dollar bill in ones and i said thank you and one of the staff mocked me and was extremely rude. staff gave us a broken key band and we went to turn it in and staff would not give us our money back because we " disrespected" a key that was already broken. After we turned the key in we went outside to call parents to pick us up and one of the staff went outside and yelled that we need to get back inside and threatened to call the police on us and was clapping her hands and got into one of my family members face. Staff then proceeded to make us sit in the corner until one of the parents came inside. When the parent got there we went outside and one of the staff followed us to the car and lied to my family's face. First said I was rude, and said I wasn't 18 which I in fact am, and said I was disrespectful. When they all were very rude. They will no longer get my business. This is not a kind place to be

The kids have fun. Dress in layers if you come to sit while your kids skate. I'm not being funny. It's cold. Real cold. (But they have to, otherwise the skaters would get hot)

Our experience at this skating rink was negative from the very start. The staff at the ticket counter were short with us and rude. We then used the restrooms and the women's did not have any soap. We had brought in an open bottle of water and soda, unaware of the no outside food rule. Obviously we were in the wrong here, but instead of informing us of the rule and asking us to get rid of the drinks a staff member rudely demanded we throw them away within three seconds or she would kick us out. We did not argue, of course, because we wanted to be respectful of their rules, and had a member of our party throw them in the trash immediately. The staff member returned and continued to make comments about how they needed to actually be in the trash and not in a purse as the drinks were being thrown away. We did not have purses large enough to fit a bottle and were in the process of tying our skates. Later, I approached the counter to ask for the cue ball for pool. I had a water bottle and candy wrapper in my hand that I bought from their concessions. (the only trash can is across the building so I was going to throw the wrapper away on my way) An entirely different staff member told me i needed to throw both away. I told her I bought the water there, so she continued saying I needed to throw the wrapper away. I understand they probably have to deal with disrespectful customers, but my group had been nothing but respectful and gave them no reason to act that way towards us. It was around this time we decided it would be best if we left. The staff was in the process of kicking two young boys out of the building for what I'm assuming was misbehavior. They made them stand in the lobby next to the front door and call their parents to pick them up. The boys seemed to be asking why they were being made to leave but the woman continued raising her voice at them. It's the only decent skating rink in the area, but the staff make the experience miserable. It's a huge disappointment.

Its a nice place to go and skate. But the workers are talk short and are rude most of the time. but its not to bad there. you have to pay for lockers so i just stick my stuff under the seats.

S&S Skateland was a very bad experience. Me and my friends were doing the church clap and we left are phones and are locker key over by the lockers and we went over there and the keys were broke and we went to return them and the worker said u broke my key and one of my friends said it was already broke and the worker said said u will not be getting your money back so we went outside to call are parents and tell them and one of the other workers went outside when we did and screamed at us while clapping hers hands at us and screaming at us and saying yall need to get inside yall do not need to be outside inless u have a car or your parents are here. but me and my friends said we are calling parents and she idc yall need to get inside but we don’t have service in there so we went inside wating for my friends mom and when my friends mom arrived we went outside and the worker said I will be walking outside to talk to your mom or aunt or whatever and she lied to my friends mom and said we have a bad attitude I will not be coming This place needs better stafe.
