Had a waitress by the name "Angie" had to be on something the way she was running around wiping her forehead, sweating, running her fingers through her hair... 1st time customer there and she rushed me like I was a regular. I told her what I was looking for on the menu which was a CFS breakfast meal! She pointed at it and quickly asked what I wanted and just a line so fast I couldn't understand her... Unfortunately my meal wasn't what I expected. Once I received my food from her "Angie" I was already disgusted from her rubbing her face and so on. I ate my hashbrowns, eggs, but didn't touch the "CFS". She asked if I wanted a box, I said No! She said, why not? I said I'm good! She said why not again, then I replied, this isn't what I expected! She said what do you mean, like she was trying to argue with me so I picked it up and said, This isn't what I expected... So I kindly asked for my ticket, she gave it to me with no response like have a good day or anything. She's lucky I even have her $.09 for a tip, was just rounding it up, lucky I didn't walk out once food was delivered to me. Seriously look at this...

This is a great quaint restaurant to stop by and grab some food. They have a nice variety of food with nice size portions.
The restaurant is clean, as are the employees and the parking spots. The area is safe.
They had a sign stating the close at 2:00 pm.
We went in and grabbed our food for carryout. The food was good and hot, which is huge for me. I ordered the fish sandwich. I have a very hardy appetite, and I was FULL after eating that huge fish sandwich, steak fries, and a 32-ounce Dr. Pepper.
The prices are great, especially for the large portions you receive.
This is also a great place for breakfast. Their omelets are good. I usually bring some home for later. The waitresses are sweet. They know the regulars by name and keep you full on coffee.
There were several people there, yet there were seats for others to come. Everyone seemed happy with their food and service. Most people looked as if they were restaurant regulars.
Overall, this is a great place to stop in and check out.

I came here with my toddler daughter. The food was quick and delicious but our waitress was 0/10. Very unfriendly and unkind. Brought the check but did not tell us where to go to pay. We sat and waited forever before a regular patron told us where to go. I loved the environment and the food, but the service was just terrible. We are from out of town, and will not be coming back. If you’re a regular-it seems you are well cared for.

Nice tasty food. Small town cafe with great service, hearty portions, and good food. Get the seasoned crinkle fries they were really good. Nice big booths. Food was quick after ordering. I had a pretzel bun which was very good.

Food was delicious. The service seems like too low of staff so took a while for a lot of things and women’s bathroom could have used some cleaning. Definitely would go back for the good food though.

Quaint small country restaurant nestled in old downtown Clinton, Mo. Very friendly staff serving delicious home cooking. Served hot and fresh surprisingly quickly
