Product was delivered in a timely manner however the “3-5 business days for scheduling installation” is inaccurate. It has been almost two weeks and we are calling daily, only to be put on hold for 20+ minutes, to try to get on the calendar. I look forward to improving this review once there is a timely resolution and our kids actually get to try out the product we got for our son’s birthday which was over a week ago.

I concur with the posts below. The trampoline is nice, but if you are buying for their supposed "best" warranty, AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. The Warranty is a scam, and a lie. It will not cover--they will find an excuse to not cover--anything in their warranty.
Probably better to buy a cheap trampoline every year or two, throw it away, and buy another one. Cheaper in the long run!

Update: The response from the owner is disingenuous at best. The stitching that holds the trampoline together is coming apart--the material is failing and this is not covered. The stitching on the zipper which is supposed to close the netting in so no one can fall out--is totally failing. The zipper is separated from the net. This is not normal wear and tear it is poor quality.
Their own sales people run from this place. I contacted one of the salespeople who helped us buy the trampoline originally--and he told me as such. No longer works there and said it was a horrible company--once you buy it you're on your own.
Again, if you are buying this trampoline at a premium to have some piece of mind that they will stand behind the product, don't waste your money. Better off buying a cheaper trampoline every couple of years.

I wish I could give zero rating!!! Please don’t fall into these people warranty statements… The only reason I got this for their warranty… it says 10 year warranty. Mine is just three year old but they’re not covering anything. for the price I paid on this I would have bought at least five trampoline. which I can throw away every three years and get a new one.
