Don't book online just go! We visited for my son's 15th birthday September 9th. Splitz is where he wanted to go with the family. I booked 1 lane online with a $10 deposit. Only to get there any another $10 and shoes on top more fees? The front desk wasn't very pleasant as far as attitude and explaining procedures. She was a young blonde woman. As bad as I wanted to cancel I could let my son and the rest down traveling to another facility. The bartender was amazing with such a beautiful spirit. She also took our order of pizza drinks and fries. I can't recall her name, but I believe her background was Spanish. While bowling on lane 23 in the middle of the game it had a malfunction twice. We were switched to lane 24 after a 20 minute wait where we finished the game. We used to visit and have fun at Splitz often in the past. Overall my son enjoyed himself with the family not knowing all that transpired. We may return.

If you have ever been to Splitz you know it’s way over priced.especially for food. But my kids love going to bowl. But really to play their games. The staff is great and helpful.

Very nice. I was surprised how clean the place was for a bowling alley. It was super well maintained and very fun. Bit expensive but fun nonetheless. Arcade is a scam but what arcade isn't? Surprisingly good.
