bathrooms=disgusting. Toilets/floors gross! In family&women’s locker rooms. They closed early today without a drop of rain & no storm. Cleared right up. won’t let you have a beach ball but will let balls & footballs of a harder material than a beach ball in pool. Almost got whacked in the face. probably more discrimination since they let non black people have harder balls but the black girls brought in a beach ball & couldn’t use that!!!!!!!!!!!
ANOTHER UPDATE: there has been a pad in the corner of the family locker room shower room for over a month!!!!! Last day open was today hope it doesn’t stay there all summer 🤢

I've taken my kids here two times in the past week. Two visits, two very different experiences..

Last week, we came and we had a blast. My kids wouldn't stop talking about how much fun they had on the waterslides and playing in the pool area.

This week, we had a completely different experience. Last week, my 6 year old who is 48" tall was so excited because he was finally tall enough to ride the water slides. This week, he was told he cannot ride the water slides because he isn't tall enough. Same measurement board, same kid, same height as last week. I understand the safety rules that are in place to protect patrons, but you HAVE to train your employees on how to be consistent with upholding those rules. I have no problem following them, but the inconsistencies are unprofessional.

Last week, I brought a few hypoglycemic friendly snacks in my bag because I have hypoglycemia and hEDS. My bag was checked by your employees and I was allowed to enter. This week, I was told I couldn't bring my bag in and it had to go back in my car. Ok, not a problem. But again. EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH UPHOLDING THE RULES. Inconsistencies makes your establishment seem immature and unprofessional. I am happy to abide by the rules but only when they're upheld for everyone. I saw several families today with outside food and drinks, not even ten feet from your pool.

Consistency is key.

Writing this at 8:01 PM in my car. Despite walking out the door at 8pm… which is the time they close, me and my daughter were hounded in the shower room 10 minutes before close as well a second time telling us it’s 8 PM when it wasn’t even 8 PM yet. We walked out the door at 8 PM so there shouldn’t have been any reason to make an issue. The only thing I can think of is that they wanted to leave early because they were getting ready for the movie night outside. Whatever the reason, customers should not be pestered when closing time says 8 PM. Smh. I agree with previous reviewer, very unprofessional.

Went to go swimming from 6-8 on Saturday July 13 2024 and pay 60.00 then not even get to get into the water they shut down the pool then when asked for a refund they said no then asked for a voucher to come back another day and still nothing then asked for a manager Jordan then she said there's nothing she can do she gave me a card to call and no one answers. Left message but nothing. There needs to be a way they can compassionate for not allowing us to swim. Very rude staff and unprofessional for sure.

Nice and clean, great time with my girls.
The only problem was the lack of shade at the concession area. It is the only alloted area to eat and all the tables are in full sun with no umbrellas or trees, making it an awful experience for the children to have their treats.

We weren't told all of the information prior to attending, but our kids LOVED it. Now that we know what isn't allowed, we'll have even more fun. Almost all of the staff were fantastic, especially the young man in charge.

Must pass the swim test to go on the water slide, even with a parent. The pool is 3’6” deep and my daughter could stand up with most of her top half of her body out of the pool. The swim test is the whole length of the pool and 5’ deep. I asked a lifeguard if she could go with me on the slides and the girl was very rude. Management should make sure the staff are kind to the patrons. She had my 7 year old crying hysterically with the way she spoke to us and then wouldn’t even want to attempt the swim test because of it. Also I was charged full price for her even though she couldn’t do the slides. Anytime we’ve driven by there is hardly anyone here and there was not many people here today on a nice warm day. Now we know why.

We like this place. We generally only make it 2-3 times a summer. They’ve done a nice job with renovations. I think they have a better operation even this year in comparison to last year. It seems like the only place to get some sun and cool off in the area.
