A group of friends and I went last night and did the Trail of Terror....we had a blast....the actors were fantastic...so enthusiastic...the sets and scenes throughout the path were amazing....no attention to detail was missed...Alli the Trail Lead helped us thru....to make sure our group had a fun a safe experience ...what a dedicated young woman...her presence alone enhanced our experience...I'll be back every year!

Maybe decide to pay your volunteers for once instead of letting your business ruin itself by scamming the community with no refunds when you know the experience is bad and overpriced.

First of all the actors do a fantastic job of scaring, I also found out via The spider hill website that the actors volunteer at Spider Hill. The rooms were very well done, creepy, and very detailed, when you think you are in the last room it keeps going. The rooms are very creative it could be walking in a fridge or freezer you are always excited to see what the next room will be. The actors have managed to make me scream. And it was hard to tell where the actors might even be. I was caught of guard so many times. I also felt so nervous waiting in line. They also make sure customers aren’t bored while waiting in line with some walk around characters to entertain/ scare people. They have a lot of things to do/ attractions. And it’s just the best haunted attraction in my opinion!

Don't bother! We've been here in line for the "trail of terror"for 2 1/2 hours. We paid for all three but the lines are so long you can't logistically get through more than 1 attraction a night. So I dished out almost $80 for my kids to have the POSSIBILITY of seeing the attractions while being told "no refunds". There is no guarantee you will be able to get through the lines. The volunteers (actors and staff) have been amazing! You will have a great time. I travel to haunts all over and the big named ones are becoming more a production verses a haunted house. If you want to go somewhere that you will get scared this the place. Actors lurk everywhere and very rarely in the same spot you seen them last. When stopped and talked to security I was informed that Spider hill is a entire volunteer organization and the people out here just love what they do and try to provide a great time for all of us. The lines can be long but I was promised that they events do not close until everyone has been through what they paid for. Check out Spider hill!!!

Took a group of 30 from our Light's On Peoria weekend program at Peoria High School and it was absolutely amazing!! It was scary! It was fun! IT WAS SCARY FUN!!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR HAVING OUR GROUP AND A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO JENNIFER FOR HELPING US OUT SO THAT WE COULD STILL MAKE OUR BUS ON TIME!! YOU GUYS WERE AMAZING!!!

Fast pass was a good purchase for the house with how long that line was for general admission but fast pass for the trail was a waste. We walked up to the trail and only two people in general admissions line but that’s on our part. This is definitely for middle maybe high school aged kids. The actors were all children, they would try to scare u and some were successful but would then break character n start talking to each other like a normal conversation. To show this was more for children, the parking lot was filled with parents waiting in their cars for their kids 🙂 But this would be nice for families, just wasn’t what I was expecting for a haunted attraction 🙂

This place is very handicap accessible! Perfect for an electric or manual wheelchair! The haunted house was amazing I myself am in an electric wheelchair. The haunted house manager Jennifer was very accommodating helped walk us through it and everything! We still got the full affect! We are going to do the hayrack ride this upcoming weekend! I have been in a wheelchair over seven years and never went to a haunted house because I did not know of the accessibility! This place is perfect for someone who is paralyzed! As long as you’re OK with being a little scared ha ha! I highly recommend spider hill to anyone who is disabled they also have days for people that have disabilities with flashing lights! Five star service all around! My wife and I went together we had an absolute blast together! She was screaming a lot but it was so much fun!
