Very difficult puzzles but high quality props. Friendly staff. My original review was five stars however, their website charges a 6% convenience fee. It is cheaper to reserve over the phone

So much fun. Absolutely going again. If you have a group of 5 or more, it's better. It's challenging! In a good way! I brought my family of six, including my 75 year old father, who is a retired navy senior chief, and he can't stop talking about it. He killed it. Anyway, take your (older) family. It's a great way to spend an hour together.

Matt was an AWESOME game master! Fully in character, got us hyped up when explaining the game, made sure we understood all the rules and expectations very well! When we asked for hints he was very helpful without giving us too much info, so we still felt like we cracked the code ourselves! And a wonderful friendly face to see after you’ve just saved the world- he seemed genuinely excited for us to escape!!!!

Truly had a blast! ? a few friends and I went on Saturday. We thought it would be hard to book given halloween weekend but we got a spot with just our group very easily. The rooms were so fun and we really felt like it was a fall out shelter. They did such a good job visually and it was mentally stimulating. With a few hints given we made it out with almost 10 minutes left. The worker helping us, Christian, was really enthusiastic and made our time that much better. His positive attitude and genuineness made it that much better of an experience. We will definitely be going back!

We came for my best friends 30th birthday and we had an amazing time! The theme was awesome and we escaped with over 5 minutes to spare. Would definitely recommend and we would love to do this again!

Our group of six had a fantastic experience at Spellbound Escapes in Foxwoods. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The series of rooms we explored were challenging, unique, and creative with great effects. We definitely recommend you check this out, and we can't wait to go back for another great experience.

Had a very epic experience at Spellbound Escapes. Could not have saved the world without the guidance of Game Master Matt. You’re welcome for saving the world btw. It was no big deal. I really enjoyed how immersive the puzzles were the deeper you got into the room. It started out very typical escape room and then turned into being relevant to the plot of the story that was unfolding. Very cool!

Matt was great. The scenery was on point for the theme at Temple of the Laughing God. Since the lantern is battery powered, either the batteries were a little weak or the lantern isn't bright enough because we had to hold it two inches away from objects that we were trying to see in detail. Also the speakers for the audio was low and distorted and difficult to hear and understand. Other than that, it was enjoyable and our group enjoyed their experience and more importantly we ESCAPED with 3:24 left on the clock.
