Fast service and strong signal, but they installed outside box in a horrible location on my home and run a black and orange cable around my house. Looks terrible. So disappointed that there was no concern for the looks of my home.

The service I received when I was signing up was great, the tech who performed the installation was very quick and cordial while at the house. The speed is great, and the price isn't bad at all. Glad I made the switch.

Got to the store five minutes after five and they wouldn’t take take care of us. If I had done that at the store I worked at I would have gotten fired. My mom pays $130.00 a month for your services and we were treated like this. We started calling at 4:30 pm. We are from California and didn’t know location. Left message and they wouldn’t call back.

Newwave has dropped many channels that I watch and that are popular channels like CMT, TVLand, Spike. Nick, and many others. Technical support is great but would not recommend anyone at all signing up with NewWave. They offer nothing worth watching! Get an antenna and have better channels than Newwave. They have actually sold again to another company and things are expected to get worse. $89+ a month for nothing worth watching.

Rude, and basically robbery! Takes away channels for the elderly and wants a huge monthly increase to keep 1 channel!! Wish I could give no stars, but sadly we must lie in order to share out unhappiness with this piss poor company

This company cable is too expensive and you don't have many channels. You get digital cable and your bill goes up constantly every other month. If I could give this company no stars I would.
