Recently moved to Savannah, have really enjoyed coming here up until the last 2 times. I’ve asked for the smoked salmon BLT and the first time, out of bacon and the second time out of salmon. I really enjoy this sandwich and specifically come here for it. It’s unfortunate it’s on the menu but the ingredients are not kept for it. Coffee is always good.

Great LOCAL coffee shop. Truly beats most places in Savannah. Super friendly staff. My kids and I love coming here 🙂 They love their bubblegum smoothie!!

Everything is disgusting. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and this is what they gave me. Awful food and coffee. Don’t waste your time.

2 stars because I do like their coffee. I've noticed that this place will occasionally be closed during business hours, which is what it is. Staffing issues are a real thing, and this is a small business. However, today was weird and off-putting. I came in around the early afternoon. The Open sign was on. An employee approached me shaking her head and saying that she was shutting down. I confirmed that she meant they were closing, and she said yes. This was about five hours before their standard closing time, but again, I understand staffing issues. I didn't see why I couldn't get a coffee to go since I came in with the door unlocked and the Open sign on, but I didn't question it and left because I felt quite unwelcome. I noticed that the Open sign remained turned on even after I left the parking lot a few minutes later. What really confused me was when I drove by the cafe again a few hours later (I live nearby) to see the Open sign *still* on. I have no idea why I was refused service today or what was going on, but I don't feel comfortable coming here anymore.

3 stars because I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the person working there this morning is just an outlier.

I was so excited to try this place when I saw them on Uber eats. Maybe they’re just having an off-day or something. I know this sounds wild but the grilled cheese I ordered had this strange aftertaste of unfiltered savannah tap water (I know it sounds crazy but that’s the best way to describe it) and then the latte I got had this under taste of smoked salmon (again I know how weird that sounds) to top it off, they gave me an English muffin instead of the bagel I ordered. I will say, the protein shake is top tier. Will try again soon. Hoping for a redemption! The prices are great.

Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The person behind the counter was understanding, patient, and would answer any of the stupid questions that we had. Since going last week, I’ve recommended this cafe to everyone who would listen. The food was amazing and affordable (like, actually affordable. You won’t leave paying more than $10 for your meal). Try this place! You definitely won’t regret it.

Last weekend I ordered online and sent my husband to pick up the order. They were put of one item when he arrived, which was fine as we were made aware and agreed to a substitute. When the order made it home I realized my cheesecake order was missing. I called the shop and was informed that they do not sell cheesecake at all even though it's on the online menu. They took down my name and number to have the owner call me back so a refund could be initiated. I didnt hear back. I called again a few times and left additional messages throughout the week, but still have not received a call or refund. I looked for an email address to attempt contact that way, but the website attached to this Google listing no longer exists. I didn't want to initiate a chargeback through my credit card company as I received the other items I ordered, and the chargeback would be for the entire amount not just the missing item. This Google review is my only recourse at this point.

Previous reviews complain about the online menu not being updated for out of stock items, but I feel having entire items listed that the business doesn't ever have is misleading and poor business practice. Not communicating or returning the call of your customers with issues is outright shady. I will not patronize this cafe or recommend this business ever again.
