Great place to do command events and training. If you give him a call, they'll even open up the bar for you!

Went to a MAG-13 Corporal's Course Graduation, today. And it looked great and sounded even better, here at the Sonoran Pueblo!

This place has so many events for service members and their families. The food is delicious and you can't beat the prices during specials! The draft beer selection is great too, the prices during happy hour are better than anywhere else. It's also great having somewhere on base, and so close to housing!

Would have been 4 stars but the air conditioning was not working, it was way too hot, and this was a long event - 2pm to 8pm. Everybody left early due to the heat, no dancing, so paying for the dance floor was a waste! Also, they don't allow you to use the oven, so we had to find other means of keeping the food warm, which is kind of rediculous. In my opinion, a partial refund should be made to the group who rented it.

I went to Yuma in 1992 for WTI for the 1st time. Got out of the Corps, got married, had kids, then went back to visit a friend of my son's at Yuma for HIS training there. The club was as clean and nice, although MUCH more modern and up to date than in my time. The place was IMMACULATELY kept, with strict cleaning being done due to the pandemic. Despite that, the facilities were EXCELLENT, and I strongly encourage all young Devil Dogs (or old ones for that matter!) that find themselves at Yuma to stop by and take advantage of their awesome club experience! The SMP stuff for the young single Marines is a GREAT idea, I wish they had that back in my day. I'm glad they have innovated so many things and I am grateful for the services I see them providing for our military members. Semper Fi!

Used to be THE PLACE to go to for lunches. Now, it seems to be the last resort. It is fairly under staffed and is understandable due to lack of customers. Also, special events seem to be lacking promotion. I, along with many of my friends, try to the webpage to see if events are going on and there is nothing. Yet, when we call and finally speak with someone, there will be an event; such as this Easter and St. Patrick's Day. A friend did happen to see a flyer in the Exchange's bathroom. But, again, when I go on the site to try and find out more information, they are not listed; such as the Mother and Son dance coming in May. There needs to be more marketing. Another concern is the lack of communication. Every time I call and leave a message, no one ever calls back. I make sure to leave a detailed message yet, I never receive anything back. I would love for the Sonoran Pueblo to be a success. I think there needs to be a few simple steps made to make it happen. However, I do appreciate the events that they do create and put on. We, as a family, try and participate as much as we are able.
