You're thinking about utilizing them because they offer Fiber but please consider the customer service you won't be receiving if things go wrong. After two solid years of trying to get this company to take my internet connection issues seriously I've decided to leave. Consistently poor internet connection regardless if I am plugged in on Ethernet or wifi. My down speed is supposed to be at 200 and rarely was it ever. Constant buffering trying to stream anything, and I mean anything (Netflix, Plex, Prime, YouTube). AJ would rather tell you everything is fine than actually investigate the issues you experience. He likes to say "you're the only one" - if that were true why have so many others I know left your services? It's unfortunate that they don't take customer complaints seriously. You can read other reviews here, I am not the only one. It took Ajs team over a year to attach my email address to my account so I could report technical issues via the online portal, but that didn't help solve my issues. In addition, they shut my Internet off once for non payment less than 15 hours past the due date because I got a new card. No call, no email or any warning. They just turned service off without explaining. We thought it was another outage because of how frequently our service was down so when I called to report it you could imagine my surprise. The only consistent thing Sonic will do for you is falsely advertise speeds and gaslight you.

I keep uploading photos of speed tests when my streaming services buffer. We can't even stream a 30 year old episode of the Simpsons in standard definition.

Sonics response is a joke, much like their service. They admitted they didn't have any email on file after the bill issue and admitted they didn't call either. There is one declined called amongst literally 6 or more outgoing calls for service issues. AJ offered to help ONCE at 1130pm, and never in person, and only after I told him I was cancelling service with him and going with a competitor. This company lies to me constantly, they'll lie to you too.

0 stars. Went online to get pricing which directed me to call them. Before I could call them, an unmarked white truck shows up. I look out nobody is around so I yell hello… two guys in plain clothes pop up from the other side of my house with a satellite dish stating I was online inquiring about service. I received no phone call no knock on my door nothing. They just show up and walk through my yard? In this day and age they cannot use a computer system to check if I was on the grid? When I called to see if these guys were legit Melinda at Sonic states we never call our customers. Her service men told her they knocked on the door. I was in the house, they did not! I’m sorry but this company is unprofessional. I’ll just keep Frontier or go back to Medicom.

We have had Sonic for about a year. Chose them over a company that wasn't local. Our service has been relatively consistent. No real outages to speak of, once for a couple hours but that was resolved very quickly by their technicians. Speeds have decreased recently, but I'm attributing that to the cold.
Keep up the great work Sonic!

Just had sonic wireless installed and everything is working great. My contact on the phone was very informative and helpful. A great example of what customer service should be like. The installer took his time and did a complete and neat job. Very happy that I chose to install Sonic!!

Sonic has been a wonderful internet provider to work with. They are always responsive and pride themselves on customer satisfaction. I have had the pleasure of working with Rick most recently, and his attention to detail and customer service were top notch! I highly recommend Sonic for your internet needs.

Just had Sonic Internet installed yesterday . So far been great . Installer & office personnel helpful , knowledgeable , & professional . Speeds higher than Mediacom at a much lower price . Thank you very much Sonic .

Sonic has been awesome. I moved outside of town and was unable to get internet from my current provider and many others a coworker recommended i try broadband after some research i found sonic with their 4g lte package i haven't had any issues when there is a issue sonic is very quick to get me back up and running I highly recommend these guys everyone is very helpful and polite

Sonic customer for a few years now. Needed router moved from one end of the house to the other. They were here this morning. Quick, easy, and works fantastic. Great kid who did the work. Appreciate this company.
