They need to pick up their game because they are falling bad. I mean it used to be great fast service but the last few times I went I waited 45 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich and a slushy and come to find out my order was put through to the drive-through instead of the stall

We live nearby and frequently order from Lannette, Al, Sonic. I am a diabetic and the only thing I drink aside from water is unsweet iced tea. No matter what time of the day it is, this Sonic can never seem to have unsweet tea made. Every single time (multiple digits) they don’t have any unsweet tea and don’t offer to refund our money. They just expect us to find something else that will work. That’s not possible. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

The food is just as good as any other sonic but the service and delivery time are hit or miss. When it's not too full you can expect fast friendly service. During lunch and evening rush though, expect an over 20 minute wait for even the smallest order

The burgers are better here than other fast food places, and the French fries are excellent. We really enjoy the groovy sauce.

My 8 year old son loves Sonic so when I passed by this location he made me promise to stop on our way back home since we weren't from this city & a long way from home. The lady on the headset had us repeat the order at least 3 times as she said she couldn't hear in her headset so she walked out to the car & directly took the order. It took at least 20 to 25 minutes to finally get the food out to us. I looked in the bag & my order had tater tots but I specifically asked for French fries because my son & I both hate tater tots (she took the order standing in my face but still wrote it incorrectly) so this took another 5 or 10 minutes to correct just for French fries... Imagine my frustration with a hungry 8 year old with ADHD in the backseat... I gave the lady my debit card to pay for the order & she took my card and walked off to another vehicle handing out food... Who does that Swipe my card & give it back... She finally gets back to my car 5 minutes later & drops my card on the ground and instead of picking it up like a normal person, she scooted my card on the gritty ground with her foot & now my debit card is all smudged & scratched up on the back... This is my first & last time coming to this particular Sonic... Worst experience I ever had smh

I ordered the chili cheese coney hotdog...it was horrible. There was very little chili or cheese. I asked for ketchup and mustard and the server told me she would bring it to me when she brought out the other person's order in front of me. I got tired of waiting and left.
