Update:Came in like usual to get my grilled chicken sandwich with avocado to have the worker tell me that Smashburger has changed their menu and they no longer have that item. I felt like air deflating out of a balloon. So I got a burger, which was ok, over cooked not flavorful like the chicken sandwich. Def not a redo for me. So sad because I was loving smashburger and now itll be the last time I eat here. This time place was unkept and the manager was yelling at her staff because they couldn't keep up with the quanity of orders. Just wasn't a great ending to a place I loved.

We always eat at Wayback burger, but a friend was raving about Smash Burger, so we decided to give it a try. We arrived and a woman was cleaning, now that's my kind of place. Came in to the menu, have different varieties of burgers but also had chicken sandwiches. We ordered one burger and one chicken. You can order reg fries, smash burger fries, sweet potato fries, and i think tots, but we ordered regular. Got our number and waited at whatever table we chose. Wasn't long, and we got our food. Each was very flavorful, and I liked the bun it was on. Fries were hot and shoestring like. Saw again people cleaning and tidying up. There is nothing worse than a dirty restaurant. As we were leaving we were asked how we enjoyed our meals. We gave a thumbs up. Nothing went wrong. it was a perfect day.
Every time I come in, this guy Tanner goes over n beyond to make your experience comfortable. He asks for your order, then comes around and asks how everything is, and if you need something, he goes and gets it. Exceptional customer service. Has never happened anywhere I have gone. This is why I like coming here. This time, I got there again tasty chicken sandwich but added sweet potato fries. Yummy! Honestly, I don't know who the chef is, but a big thumbs up to them. Tasty every time I come in.

We stopped here on a whim and it was nothing short of AMAZING. The staff was friendly, efficient, restaurant clean and great flavor through the food. Will definitely visit again. Shane the cook was amazing and the manager there was great!

Decent experience. I got the mushroom Swiss burger without bread and the chicken wings. Husband got the same with a bun. Overall tasted fine, but we noticed that everything was very greasy.

My first time dining here. Destiny our server/cook made the best spicy jalapeno smash burger and loved the smash tots. Destiny was very sweet and friendly. Lisa, our customer service expert is very friendly as well. I will definitely come back to smart burger again.

I’ve been here around 20 times and the food is great; But the service is absolutely horrible. Out of the 20 times I think they only got my families order right one time. It’s like the chefs don’t read the whole order ticket.

Also, the tables are never clean and usually take an hour for them to be even seen.

This place is an unorganized disaster and has gone down hill. I will not be going back.

My kids and I are fans of 5Guys but while shipping in Waterford we stopped at Smashburger to try a new spot and it was delicious. My bacon burger was cooked perfectly, well done but juicy. My fries were crispy and hot. The cook, Destiny came out to greet me. She was very polite and had a great positive energy. I wish more places had great customer service like this.
