El dia de la inauguración todo muy bien el gerente estaba al pendiente. En la zona de niños. Decidimos regresar por que nos gustó que no dejaban entrar niños mayores a la zona de bebés y ohh sorpresa niños grandes en la zona de bebes..

Took my kids there because they were invited to a birthday party. I WISH I would have paid for myself to go down slides because it looks like so much fun! My kids had a blast! There's many different slides and they all do something different, theres also a trampoline basketball court. They serve pizza and drinks, I didn't notice any other food, but I did notice you are allowed to bring outside food in, which is pretty cool! This place was so much more fun than a trampoline place according to my kids.
So many adults were there sliding and having fun, too.
I highly recommend to anyone that likes to slide down big slides.

Fun, bright, engaging experience. Good value for the money, and the place felt and looked clan.
The staff needs better training and supervision. It seemed like there were small groups of teenage staff members not really knowing what to do and there were a couple of times I observed minor safety violations get missed or ignored.

Brilliant idea, I hope this inspires new indoor fun activities like this all over the valley. There is something fun for most age groups to do like basketball, a few video games, slides, and a swing. It was clean, the staff we interacted with were friendly, well air conditioned, and plenty of seats for parents who don’t want to slide.
There is a sign that says no outside food or drinks but everywhere I looked people had their water bottles and no one said anything. You can sign up for a monthly pass for around $65 (it will not auto renew) plus the fee for socks if you haven’t already purchased them from slick City. We came once for 120 minutes but only a couple days later my 6yr old wanted to return. We signed up for the month and She can slide once a day for up to 90 minutes.
The snack bar food isn’t great but it has all the snacks your kid will want various sodas, icee, ice cream bars, pretzels, chips, pizza…
One more thing there is a waiver to fill out and sign both for spectators and participants.

This place is fun overall, but we’ve noticed some problems in our last two visits. First, there are often a bunch of teens standing around while customers wait: for check in, food purchase, food pick up, etc. I haven’t seen much active management around offering these teens mentoring and training. This makes no sense to me. This is the time to make a new business shine! I’m not criticizing the teens either. That is a management problem. I will say that when you do get service, it’s pretty good. The same girl checked us in to the pre-purchased/event area both times. She was AWESOME: friendly and helpful. My biggest concern is their blue “Off Ramp” slide. Do not let your friends and family ride this slide. It’s not safe. I have seen so many people snap their neck sideways and/or crunch their neck at the end. They come off too fast, flying into something looking like it’s made for crash test dummies. The friction slowing people down is not enough. Kids and adults come off that slide, smack into this “pillow,” and come off rubbing their neck. Notice their waiver says you have to report injuries before you leave. Do this if your neck is sore. But if you can, avoid this slide or complain so they fix it. I’m super scared my kids are gonna end up with a major spinal injury. No way. In fact, we may not have our birthday party here in two weeks because I don’t want our friends to get hurt. Another problem is their food prep is crazy slow. We waited 28 minutes for pretzel bites tonight. No one at the counter was even slightly concerned about this. (They tasted good though!) My final gripe is their 30 day pass is only 90 minutes of play. We bought 120 minutes of play on our first visit, and it was just about right. Our kids were tired after 120 minutes and ready to leave. This time at 90 minutes (since we bought the pass), my 6-year old sobbed when it was time to go. Perhaps it’s because we spent a full 30 minutes waiting for our food tonight. Next time, we told the kids “no snacks.” (Considering their bottled sodas are $4.99, skipping the snack bar is a good idea anyhow.) I’d like to see them extend the 30-day pass to 120-minutes of play or offer an upper tier pass with a longer time. You have to go at least 3 times to make the 30-day pass a savings instead of just paying the 90-minute play rate. That’s not that great of a deal to me. Hoping that Slick City can make some improvements because we love the concept. Check out the photos of the Off Ramp slide for a better understanding of why it’s not safe. Aside from these suggested improvements, my kids love this place and get great exercise. Hoping they get this stuff figured out and last a long time.

Great place. The gkids had a blast. New and exciting. My biggest complaint was you had to purchase their socks for $5 which added another 15 bucks to an already high price. Don’t try to make money on a forced purchases .
