Staff is friendly, helpful and patient. We went in on a Tuesday to celebrate my son’s Birthday. They worked with me to make the evening awesome for my son. I even forgot a candle and they gave me one. Great service and lots of energy burned. There are some new attractions coming, so we will be back to see what those are all about!

Incredibly long wait times and staff is misleading. They describe the membership as a month of jumping, but really you can’t cancel for a few months. Membership can not be used at any other locations. I think the wait times in the line would be better if people were not mislead until check out time.

We had a 10 year old birthday party and the possey of boys had a great time. Our host, Seth, was also amazing and kept the boys entertained. Love having a party where I don't have to do all the setup and cleanup especially for a big group of boys. Thank you!!!

Skyzone was alright. They need to find a way to keep the little children separate from the teens and adults though. I watched several children who appeared to be less than 5 years old almost get obliterated at multiple different areas such as the rock wall foam pit and ninja warrior course. Secondly I took a group of students from 6-12th grade there most of them being boys. They wanted to play basketball the entire time. That was fine except the worker who was supposed to be supervising forced himself into every game. He was overly physical and almost hurt the students multiple times. I watched as he physically dominated the students. As a result they didn’t have fun at all and said they wouldn’t want to go back. I understand that your job supervising children probably isn’t very amusing but they paid to play basketball with other 12-16 yr olds. Not a 21 year old with failed dreams of being a collegiate basketball player.

I recently visited Sky Zone after receiving an invitation to a kid's birthday party, and I must say, it was an absolute blast! My kids had an amazing time jumping on all the different trampolines and exploring the variety of bouncy areas and slides available. The park offers a wide assortment of activities that kept them entertained for hours. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone's safety while still allowing for plenty of fun. Overall, our experience at Sky Zone was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and active outing with their family.

This place was absolutely amazing for us to go to for Spring Break 2023. We decided to goggle fun things to do in St. Louis and this place was on the list. When we walked in your greeted by staff members. We approached the counter with a coupon their website had BUT unfortunately since this location was under extended hours for the Spring Break week we could not use it. The manager who was at the register at that time was really apologetic and still went above and beyond his job. He made sure we still received a fair price for the misunderstanding of the site as well as allowed the kiddos to jump 30min longer. The food was typical comfort food. But again the staff is amazing. They definitely catered to our needs and wants while inside their facility. If we are ever in or near Fenton, MO we will definitely stop in again. Thank you guys for being an amazing staff during our visit. Oh yeah this was our first time to ever visit this franchise.
