Placed an order and was not served after checking in several times. Place wasn’t full and after 50 minutes asked for a refund. I see workers eating pizza instead of prioritizing customers. Some people are not meant to work in retail.

Careless workers. Place smells like weed. Dirty tables too and garbage laying around on the floor, no one seems to work around here. Too bad for the ones who actually make an effort.

This is a great place for children and teenagers. I come here once a week with a membership that is totally worth it. it's a big facility with different sections one section has slides , the other one has it trampoline and big balls to bounce. The next section has interacting games, they have two soccer and basketball courts. They also have a food court where you can order freshly made pizza. On the back they have the small children area. They have a structure for babies to 9-year-old. This place is excellent for birthday parties. The place is on there new manager so it's much cleaner than it used to be. There's a big parking structure across the street but you have to pay on the parking structure and on the street.

Over MLK weekend I had a large group of kids visit sky zone in Evanston IL. Sky zone was already busy and getting the kids checked in went by smoothly thanks to the sky zone staff. Not a moment went by that the staff didn’t have under control. Throughout the night there was a conflict with a group of kids and one of our teens. The general manager stepped in and immediately solved everything smoothly and respectfully. I genuinely never leave reviews on google but I leave this in hopes that she or her boss sees this and knows that she means so much to me and our teens. The hospitality we were shown is unmatched by anyone else. I hope she knows what an impact she makes on others and wish everyone the best experience. We will absolutely be back on our next retreat!

This is the best place for kids indoor activity. We usually buy the monthly pass for the kids and literally go there everyday. Love the staff and the mamagers..They are really nice and genuinely care for the customers and the kids.

This place has some amazing features, lots of activities. That's where the positives end. The staff is rude, absent, and ineffective. The party planning sucks. Our room was 20 minutes late. They double booked us, so we didn't get the room the host paid for and half of our party ended up standing in the halllway during the food portion. The concessions seemed to be staffed every other hour. They make little effort to catering to smaller children. Things that were supposed to be staffed weren't, and at one point, the staff there just walked away and left the zip line unattended with a line of kids waiting, and just walked away. They told my daughter she was too short for the zip line, then pulled out a step ladder for other kids. I had to get back in line with her to make sure she got her turn. Also, she had already done the zip line earlier with a different staff member who let her use the step ladder.

Great place for kids to run around and lots of activities for kids of all ages. Be sure to eat before you come here. Food service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced - waited almost an hour for a soft pretzel!!

The biggest issue seems to be with staffing. I didn’t see a manager but plenty of young
Team members who seemed confused as to what they were doing there.

The one exception, who checked me in seemed determined to have me join a membership rather than just a 90 minute pass. They made it seem as if the membership was the only option.

They offer food options but here too, the staff seemed particularly inexperienced with no sense of urgency or motivation. With a steady stream of team members milling about but no one on task. This resulted in a 30 minute wait for a simple order and extended amounts of time with no staff taking care of orders.

Facility is new and clean. It may not be the biggest but seems to have enough to keep the kids entertained.

Evanston deserves better.

We had my daughter's birthday party there last year a couple of days right before christmas at the evanston location and decided to do it again this year. She had a blast as always. Wanted to give a shout out and a huge thank you to Demetrius for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect,he was amazing thank you.
