Will not be using facility again. We booked a birthday party for $159. When we arrived, the owner asked if we wanted to buy pizza and I responded that we had already placed an order to be delivered there (did not realize outside food could not be brought in because we had always done that in the past with the old owners). The owner threw a fit, slammed her hand down on the counter, rolled her eyes and told me I'd have to have it cancelled. I explained it was almost there already and she said "I don't know what to do, I guess I'll just have to charge a fee then". It was a very awkward experience. I wouldn't have minded paying this had she nicely informed me of the policy instead of throwing a fit. It made for a very bad experience as I was too nervous to ask for anything else the whole time we were there. We were only provided with 2 very small tables to use. We also didn't realize they now only allow 10 skaters per party and charge $10/skater after the initial 10. I think it's very expensive for what they provide. They also make you pay to rent the walker things for kids to hold on to. Seems like this lady is mean and money hungry.

We had my daughter's 6th birthday party here and it was a blast! All the kids had a great time, the staff was super helpful (I forgot to bring a knife to cut the cake 🤣) The skate mates were a game changer for the kids!

Wonderful, safe, clean, inviting establishment! The owners are sincerely dedicated to ensuring that each guest feels welcome. They help newcomers with instruction on skating. Their prices are extremely family friendly for entrance and concessions. They make the environment fun and comfortable.

As far as a skating rink to take the family to, it's ok. For any serious skaters, the hardwood floor is the worst floor I've ever skated on (out of the 10 ive been on) It is crazy warped on the turns, and feels like skating over speed bumps. The facility is clean and nice and staff are friendly though.

We had the best birthday bash at Skateland Canton! The entire staff is so kind:) Also, a few more things I loved: such a wide range of snacks at the concession stand, lots of seating when you need a break, and really good music selection for literally everyone's style. Plus the game room and retro vibes: so many reasons to check this gem out!:)
