I was looking for last minute desserts to bring to a friend's and purchased some fancy cupcakes.

The employee who helped was wonderful! She made recommendations and even stepped around the counter to help me package the items.

The cupcakes were very creative and moist. They were a little smashed in the packaging. Some of flavors had an artificial taste esp the banana and strawberry flavors. But the frostings and toppings were excellent. The concept of each flavor was very creative and the Reese's cupcake was amazing.

The cafe had a nice vibe and cool art.

The coffee here was good and I can recommend the Honey Mocha. It tends toward the sweet side and you definitely have to make sure to swirl as you drink or the honey will sink.

The vibe of the place is nice. It's got lovely art and a cute color scheme that reminiscent of neutrals with copper and oxidized copper.

I come here often to work because I like the atmosphere. There are lots of different cozy seating options and it's a large space, plus they have outdoor seating. I don't think the music is too loud either. They have really cool artwork on the walls. The staff is very kind. The coffee is good enough. I don't eat grains and gluten but they have a large selection of food and baked goods which appear to be tasty. They have a nice community board in the back. You will find the wifi password printed on your receipt.

I love having a black-owned cafe in my neighborhood, and I really like the staff and the ambiance. I also appreciate the milk alternative varieties.

This is of course preference, but the lattes can be incredibly sweet, even when you ask for less sugar, so just be mindful of that when you order.

Fast service. Music is way too loud, especially in the ordering area. I had to clean off our table myself. They did not have trays to bring food and drinks to the tables. They did not label which drinks are which. Danishes are good. The drinks taste funny, like dishwater.

A++ service!!! The staff was kind, courteous, and answered all my questions. Great ambience. Loved the art on the wall. I had a coffee & muffin. I plan to come back again and bring friends.

The service and vibe here are fine, if a bit generic. But of the dozens of coffee shops around Edgewater, their drinks are pretty easily the worst. I’ve been twice months apart, so not much changed since they opened. I didn’t even finish my drink today.

I really like what they did with the interior design. The staff is very welcoming and nice. I just don't like their roaster/beans. They won't say who they use, but the drip coffee, cold brew and espresso all just taste underwhelming. Not really rich in flavor.
