I love the "order at the kiosk option" here as well as the ease of selection. The atmosphere was fun, including some game tables and the food was better than I had expected. The double Bacon Avocado Burger that I ordered was terrific thick veggies, crisp lettuce, crisp bacon and two fully cooked patties, although you can definitely tell it's processed cheese on the burger. The Shake Sauce is incredible and unique, a great addition to both the BBQ cheese fries and the burger.

It was kinda confusing. Ordered online, while on the way I received a text saying my order was almost complete. Go to the pick up window and look for my name. I get there no bags are waiting. I assumed it wasn't ready. I sat and waited. Long story short, I realized, I had to ask for it. That meant my order had been sitting for an unknown amount of time. The burger was lukewarm and the fries were not quite cold, but cool. I checked the box for ketchup and sauce on the side, none was in the bag. This was my second location, so far for the price I have yet to be impressed by the taste and service. I won't say it's not worth trying because the food wasn't horrible, but maybe sitting in would make the difference.

I ate at the shake shack in ladue at 8.20 pm. I ordered a double shackshack but paid for the mound double plus a strawberry donut shake for 19.60. It's not worth it. Tje place was empty but it took 19 minutes to get it delivered to my table.

The food was served quickly and it was hot and tasty. The fries were crispy and delicious as expected. Shake Shack fries are my favorite. Mariah was so kind to take our trays for us at the end of our meal. Really liked the friendly staff at this location.

We had eaten at Shake Shack elsewhere and were excited to see one closer to home. We stopped in on a Thursday evening. There are multiple was to place your order and we opted to have staff take our order. We got a number and waited maybe 7 minutes for our food. It came out hot and delicious. My oldest son and I had the truffle burger and my twins had chicken bites and fries. We also had shakes and lemonade. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

This was my family’s second time enjoying this restaurant and every time we have received exceptional service. The cashier, Isaiah, was more than patient and had great customer service. He was very polite, greeted us with a smile and never showed an ounce of irritation with my barrage of questions about the menu. We will definitely be returning to enjoy another meal! The food was also amazing. Did not have a long wait time and he ensured that our drinks never ran dry!

This was my family and I first time at Shake Shack. Prior to coming here I asked around for reviews on the establishment. To my surprise, the reviews and comments were pretty good to say the least. Everyone I know had nothing but praise and great things to say about Shake Shack. So, that why my family and I came and the food was amazingly delicious. Definitely, coming back again, and again lol. Thanks for a wonderful experience for my entire family!
