This was a horrible experience! Walked in was asked how many, and they would not accommodate 6. Was told to "sit wherever you can squeeze in." A patron dining by himself offered to move to the next table so we could put two tables together. Rude lady said, "we don't move tables!" Out the door we went. Thought we would enjoy some small town hospitality and some good food. Definitely not here! My advice: pass on this one!

The Swiss mushroom burger was delicious and fried mushrooms were very good and the service was great and they were very friendly delicious. Definitely will have to go back again soon and eat and try something else

The place looked neat, the first thing that you will notice is a giant sign.saying cash only. The waitress/bartender reminded us 3 times of that as she told us that our group of 6 was the maximum number of people that they could serve at 1 time. Kinda lackadaisical attitude towards us as customers and I got the idea that we were bothering her by coming in. We got our food a piece at a time, with explanation that they have a small frier and couldn't do everything at the same time. The food was good the atmosphere was dull with the attitude, I may try it again sometime later, maybe things will improve......we will see.

We were passing through town and happened to see a great picture on the website of fish & fries we decided to drop in. The service was great & very friendly! Bathroom was clean & decorated in a very unique & cute way! We're planning on visiting Carlyle this Summer & now we know where to go for great food & friendly service! Thank you very much!

The double cheeseburger was made with fresh ground local hamburger. The biggest and tastiest hamburger that I have eaten in years.

Meal was meh. Tenderloin was dry and fries were undercooked. Service and overall feel of the place was good. Just wish I would've got something else.
