I was really impressed with the size of this location but what really surprised me was the robot that brings you your food , the atmosphere is like most big city bowling alleys , dark with some neon lighting and many video games on site , food is available but it's just enough for the time well spent here . I really am glad they are here in Salem and I had a great time at Salem Bowling alley !

The games are timed. So if you don't finish a game within 45 minutes to an hour, the lane shuts down on you. Food service was terrible, you pay 3.25 for a large that you have to pay 2.25 to refill. I had a short orders consisting of three food items, and only got 2 out of 3 my food items. Never got the last item. Lanes are expensive, atm draft fee is $4.

Had a nice family bowling night here this past weekend. It wasn't busy so the place was pretty low key. They have a decent selection of beer and food although we didn't eat. Prices for everything are very reasonable and you can bring the whole family without breaking the bank. There is a good selection if video games and pool tables for the non bowlers as well. We will definitely be coming here more often!

Not super toddler friendly. Be nice if they had a toddler zone where they can play freely without the source of entertainment being taken away.

We enjoyed a pitcher of beer and two bowling games. The glasses were frosted, which was an unexpected surprise. We enjoyed ourselves. There are lots of arcade games, pool tables, and even a corn hole game. The center is very clean, bright, and airy. The website provides helpful information about upcoming events. I would recommend the Bowling Center as a fun outing if you are looking for something fun to do in Salem.

Came for the arcade with my son. Found machines so poorly maintained that they would rarely pay out even when jackpots were hit. About half the machines were functioning well and of those we hit 4 jackpots over 1 hour of game play and only one paid out. Staff was uninterested in fixing them or improving my experience. If you enjoy arcade games that test your skill only to find no payout when your goal is achieved this is the place for you.

The night manager was nice he did his job and was very helpful. Guy with long hair. But the dark headed girl I think Nova is her name, was very rude and disrespectful I asked what all came on the team fries and she said cheese and ranch and bacon bits and I said ok well I'll take them and they come out with no bacon bits or ranch she said well you didn't ask for it all. But was just told it comes on it so I paid $14 for chessy fries because she didn't want to do the extra work to fix it. Snotty teenager she should be ashamed of herself and the way she's treating people.I will not deal with her again. Don't recommend interacting with her. She also didn't cook the mozzarella sticks all the way they were wet and squishy, it was gross
