I tried this place for the first time recently. The employees were so nice! One employee encouraged me to put more toppings on my salad since it was included in the price and gave me some recommendations. I also got an iced tea which was good. There are a lot of toppings and menu items to choose from. I enjoyed my salad, it was so good. I live closer to the Rocky Hill location so I’ll definitely go there.

Had to wait to be checked out because staff were helping the person behind me. Asked for lite dressing but it was drenched. Then found a piece of plastic in my salad!! Awful experience today.

I want to add that the manager made things right the next day. She called me and apologized. She reviewed the videotape and identified the problem. She refunded my meal and that was appreciated. Thank you.

I would have gave five stars for everything but there was a lot of flies. I know they can’t help it because it’s food and the front door keeps getting opened so it’s tough to keep the flies away but other than that , great experience I had to even ask the guy to cover my food while he waited on my friends because there was too many flies. Good thing was there was no flies around the table area where we were eating.

Ordered from here several times and always good quality. Ordered online today for pick up. Back at the office, I opened my salad I noticed they forgot a few ingredients. Called and spoke to a really nice woman who offered to remake it and deliver it! Awesome customer service ?
