13 of us stopped by today for lunch. What a treat. Great setting, friendly staff and delicious food. What more can you ask for. Best part they are now open for Lunch Monday thru Saturday. Can wait to go back and try every item in their menu. Good came out fast considering the size of our group. There is something for everyone.

So this is my first time in Cape Canaveral, as Im visiting for a wedding, so I did a Google search (Restaurants near me) and found Sage Bistro, they had great reviews, (and boy am i glad i did). The restaurant is family owned and operated by Jeff and Jeannine George. From the moment we sat down to the minute we left, we were treated like one of the family. Our server Dakota was on point the entire meal. We started with the Crab Cakes and Seared Tuna, both appetizers were absolutely delicious. So fresh and cooked to perfection. I started with an Espresso Martini, and my friend had a glass of Pinot Grigio. We moved on to our main course, and we had the Salmon with Asparagus and white rice and the Broiled Scallops with Broccolini and white rice. The Salmon was so flavorful, I absolutely loved it. One of the best plates I've ever had! ❤️
The Scallops were also amazing. They were so fresh, they tasted like they just came out of the ocean. Our second drink was a Kettle One Dirty Martini with Blue cheese stuffed Olives, (yummy) & a Chocolate Martini.We finished with dessert, a Pretzel crusted Browney ala mode, which was a good as it sounds. If your looking for a really nice meal in Cape Canaveral, I highly recommend you run, don't walk to Sage Bistro ?

We came to try this place out while stopping at port Canaveral on our cruise. I am so glad we stopped. We love trying new places and there isn’t a ton around to do so we enjoyed our time. I’m surprised there weren’t more people but we had wonderful service and a great meal. If we were local we’d be regulars! 10/10

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience in dining at the Sage Bistro tonight. My wife has severe animal protein allergies and we are limited to the establishments we can attend. Upon entering the restaurant, we were cordially and professionally greeted by the owners, Jeannine and Jeff, and the situation was explained. They thoroughly assessed the menu and suggested the plates my wife could safely eat. My wife had absolutely no issues with the food. The plate presentation was extraordinary and the food was fabulous to the point we could discern the condiments. The atmosphere was superb and the place was spotless. The service was exceptional and the plates were brought out like clockwork. Thank you, Jeannine and Jeff for accommodating my wife's requirements. We will see you again next week or sooner. As people who dine out 5-6 times a week, we highly recommend the Sage Bistro. You will not regret the experience.

I’m hoping to try this place again and not be so disappointed. The service was spectacular, but $9 for Kraft Mac and cheese on the kids menu and $17 for gyro that was…. Not good. The menu seemed expensive overall, might be best for a date night. The service was great and that’s why I gave it 3 stars!!

The visit here was amazing! Our party was welcomed by the most amazing staff - I feel like I left with a new group of friends. The food, the drinks - well it was all perfect!! (The bread pudding dessert is worth mentioning. If you have the opportunity try it - you won’t regret it!!!). The bar was inviting and the staff very attentive and engaging. I love that it’s higher end food but you are welcomed to come as you are. Sage would be perfect for a romantic dinner or a jeans and t shirts stop on a weekday evening! Can’t wait to try out their new lunch menu!!!
