The Rx Gym is exactly what this area needs. The facility is first class as is the staff. They are knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. They offer one on one consultations to help you achieve your fitness goals. Or you can just do your own thing!! Also, they are taking extra concern and care with the facility and equipment during this time of the pandemic. Awesome place with awesome people.

Rx gym is calm and very clean. I felt very comfortable working out there too. But the the best thing about the Rx Gym is the personal training that they offer. The focus is on getting the best results in the safest manner using scientifically proven techniques. After all, what's the use of going to the gym to get stronger and to feel better if you are causing damage to your body through incorrect form? I don't normally use weight machines but the ones at the Rx Gym worked! I don't feel like they put my body in unnatural positions. Would highly recommend!

I really appreciate an opportunity to work with Claire in Lavonia. She is professional, motivated, and keeps the work out not only Productive, but fun too! She has kept my interest and I plan to sign up for another 8 sessions!
I am 78 years old, but feel much younger as she works to make a more healthy Me!

Such a great gym! Claire and Bo are super friendly when you walk in. The equipment is very clean and well taken care of. They take great safety precautions during covid as well.
