I really want to like these guys because they're really cool and nice in person, but they're refusing to refund a damaged disc and only offering me store credit.

All of my other Gamecube games work with no issues, it's only the one they gave me. I might not care if it was a cheaper game, but I'm out $70 for something that doesn't even work. I'm attaching a video of the game they sold me as well as proof that my other games are fine.

Amazing selection of games ranging from the Famicon, to every PlayStation and Xbox console, to Gameboy games and DS games. I've never seen a game store with this much variety, even with the figurines, jewelry, pop toys, accessories, cables, and so much more. Books and game manuals, it was awesome.

The design of the store is super cool too and they even have skateboards there and consoles for sale. Old consoles and new ones. Great shop. I was able to buy the cable needed to play my old guitar hero game on the Xbox 360.

Surprisingly bad policy on downloadable content included with games. I bought a game that had a code leaflet that made it a game of the year version. Paid 4 times as much to get that version. Code was already used so could not download it. Brought it back and they said tough luck can't help you. No apology or any help. Not cool guys.

I go here all the time and do trade ins and purchases. I’ve always loved coming here and have had great interactions with the staff and even other customers. One day I traded something in, and the owner miscounted and was $5 short(they were really busy that day) , I didn’t even notice until he was running after me outside to give it to me!! That meant a lot to me, and since then I’ve decided to only shop with them ‍♀️

The people working here are very helpful and friendly!. They have very fair prices, and were quick to replace a defective controller I bought from them, no questions asked. They have a large inventory and lots of uncommon items as well. Will definitely be returning here.

Edit: i have a suggestion: please put prices on stuff in the cases! There’s no reason not to!

They have a lot of obscure pieces you normally don't get to see everyday. Always appreciate places that go out of their way to showcase retro gaming history and the selection has good variety throughout, new and old. Always a go to if you're in the Longwood area. Hopping from them to ACME vice versa (which is just down the road), is a great combo experience for gamers and collectors alike.

A friend of mine who is autistic who went in there yesterday wanted to trade in stuff hoping to get cash and a dam guy training took care of him and now he has $50.00 in store credit that they said they can't turn credit into cash and they have upset him and that's ashame because they could change it into cash and it wouldn't be that hard to do such bad service at this place and hopefully someday when someone asks to turn credit into cash they can do it way too go for treating a austim badly.
