So much fun! Wide variety of games with higher ticket or plush odds than I usually see at these arcades. Haven't tried to bowling yet, but some friends played and said it was excellent

The play area is nice my kids like it but the fact that babies 0-11 months have to pay to play in a small area and parents can’t go in there with them is not worth it if they cant walk or crawl on their own. The price is pricey depend on age and how long you play. + $3 socks

Very interesting indeed open late if you need something to do open till 2 AM. They have bowling, they have billiards, they have arcade games. The place is humongous! It was very nice and clean when we stopped.

First time here last night with coworkers. We went after 11pm where it was “adults only” and kids were allowed if they have a chaperone over the age of 25. We did not do the bowling side of the facility but did play pool.

Would have given a 5 star review but there were some things that didn’t really sit right with me. Playing pool was $15.00 An hour, other places in the area are a lot cheaper than that….but I get it. Premium facility premium prices. Sure.

Secondly the game costs were between 9.0 to like 19.0 credits a play for the claw machines. The claw machines are a definite waste of money. Avoid it if you can. There were plenty of times where I had the perfect grab on multiple machines and the claw did NOT close all the way. That’s where most of my $50 (300 something “credits) went to because I got frustrated with trying to win SOMETHING. Couldn’t even win on the mini versions of the claw games. At least I was able to get a free gift for buying a $50 game card (Kuromi lanyard)

3rd the food and alcohol. The double glass of wine was literally a small glass of wine. The Japanese beer was tasty. The Japanese gyoza 🥟 and the teriyaki chicken was delicious. It was cooked fresh and none of it was cold. Wish it was expensive for the party platter but again it is what it is.

4th the prices for the kids area with the jungle gym was pretty ridiculous. Kids ages 2-12 (if i recall the age range correctly) were being charged $20 an hour and 13+ were $10 an hour to be in there. I don’t understand why younger kids would be charged more than the older ones. Almost made me feel like the sign had a typo but again it is what it is.

Will I be going back here soon? Maybe. Will it be a consistent thing. No. I’m treating this location like another Dave n busters or GameWorks. Once in a blue moon visit.

Ok first time, the place looks cool a lot of games, lot of claw machine's, bowling, area for kids, billiard, Karaoke, restaurant( Fast food) and a bar, was good but overpriced.
9 to 14 credits for claw machine's, and almost every game who give you tickets is 12 credits.
The issue I have is 2 machines broke when I was playing in one someone try to help me but he can't so I have to wait almost 20 min to someone come and help with my issue the second time the guys was turning off and on the machine was annoying in the end I loose over 400 tickets no much but some is some.

Honestly the kids play zone is super fun for the kids, but the two employees at the play zone desk were so rude and obnoxious.they take their jobs a little too seriously to the point where it’s just annoying.
Watching over our shoulders, mind you we’re grown adults watching our kids every moves, they sit together and talk about us and watch us.on top of it, my 3 year old when to play in the little kid section and the African American young girl says he can only play on the ground, not on top.. like what? What difference does it make? Your rules make NO sense! We won’t be back.
We paid a good amount of money to enjoy ourselves, back the hell off and let your customers be.

Okay... so I have VERY mixed feelings about this place. It is very bright and flashy ... but extremely pricy. We played multiple games, and most of the games are a rip-off compared to other arcades. Games that normally will give you 2 or 3 tries give you only 1. The average game costs 11 credits, so your money runs out very fast. Their claw machines are a complete scam. We had grabbed multiple prizes from different claw machines, and they are rigged to twist and drop every time. It's very disappointing, to say the least. The first-person games are fun, but that's about it. If you plan to have a good time, plan on spending a lot of money. Even their jungle gym costs $20 for a 1 year old. It's kind of ridiculous if you ask me.

Review Update - I originally really liked this place but yikes, my last visit was not great. The Karaoke room was spacious, but the system kept messing up. The staff was nice, but it took a lot to get their attention for help or order, plus the $4 cup for tap water was a fun touch
