Crazy assortment of video games and insane amount of claw machines. They offer bowling and pool as well. They have modern arcade games and also old school ones. It was Sunday and I saw a technician working on troubleshooting a game so that's a huge plus. The bar looked cool and they have an interesting menu over at the snack bar. It's good to see an arcade back at the mall. Pricing was fair in my opinion and the entire place was very clean

UPDATE3: The ticket claw machine up front by the mall has now been set to basically never win. Good luck- its almost impossible now. (I know all of this is settable because we've had operator access before.)

UPDATE: beware some of the ticket machines will not pay out correctly and they will tell you their system doesnt 'show that' and refuse to correct it. You can try to take a photo they said though honestly this is totally invalid. Short-sighted and not customer driven. Be warned.

UPDATE2: you can basically forget air hockey because people keep losing the pucks and they were out. Both our table and the next were sadly dissapointed that we had just swiped and couldnt play. Get an RFID puck or something!

This place is wild in a very good way. They have mostly IMPORT japanese games- driving, music (!) and otherwise. This is very uncommon equipment and right now its all brand new. I even recognize a Street Fighter arcade platform thats basically Japan only. Its super cool. They also have a HUGE japanese style claw farm toward the back. Whats amazing is they also have billiards and bowling. The best part is they also have a state of the art digital bowling experience with FULL digital projection that even tracks your ball virtually on the floor. It looks amazing- your score and name is projected right on the lane! Its almost like a video game. The one caveat I will say is they do not have most of their food menu in place yet. I assume this is a short term launch thing.

Another location close to where I live. Not gonna lie, every Round 1 spot I go to, I always have a blast no matter what.

But all the other new and some of my favorite games I played definitely made the night for me. The Asphalt VR game literally blew my mind, lol. And that new space invaders game they just copped is HUGE!!!

Definitely gonna plan on coming here more often along with the Middletown location! 🙂

we had an absolutely horrible experience with Fredrick,one of the so called managers.this trip was the first time at round 1 for both me and my husband as my husband wanted to treat me to what was supposed to be a fun date night out in a long time. we at first enjoying the bowling and then moved on to pool this is where a great experience turned into a shitty one .my husband paid at the counter but was never informed we were assigned a certain pool table so we went to the only one that was available after about 1/2 hour a young man comes by and tells us we need to move ,my husband asked why did we need to move ,the pool table he said we were to be on already had other people playing when we got there and we in middle of a game .after Fredrick came over aggressively getting in my husbands face tell him he had to move , my husband had to tell him several times to back up and explained that there was no one in the pool area to direct customers like us who where first timers and when we arrived there was already players on what they claim was our table yet Fredrick did not come rushing over to aggressively get in the other customers face to tell them to move .Fredrick was also missing in action when earlier in the evening there was a 6-7 year old boy sitting at the bar while his parent drank , yet the bartenders where checking I'd but somehow missed this 7 year at the bar in front their face. Fredrick is in need of either a change in career or extensive customer service training including how to not have minors sitting at a bar illegally .the only thing Fredrick excels at is ruing customers experiences and driving away potential customer, so while he still works there no I do not recommend round 1 ,

Absolutely amazing place! So glad we have one in Connecticut. Tons of claw machines and arcade games. Staff is friendly and attentive. Prizes aren't too difficult to win

Crane games n claw machines were all working.
Even had some Japanese style rubber band n pushers n hooks. Plush n figures were higher quality and win rates higher than NY Long Island location.

Many slots n marbles games. More staff walking around.

Be sure to get here 30minutes before close to charge/add funds to your card, otherwise machines will be turned off. 15m before close is when all games are turned off.

Very fun arcade with a variety of arcade games, claw machines, bowling, ect.
They have a nice looking bar and also have a food spot. Everything you need is there for a perfect day outing without leaving their facility. All the workers were friendly. Claw machines weren't awful and we were able to actually win some big plushies! Lots of Japanese games and some nice classics. I'd definitely go back! For parking, go right next to cheesecake factory.

I will say the bathroom was not very clean and nasty people leave their trash around the games, so please utilize your workers to check bathrooms, look around arcade for trash and also wipes games so there isn't nasty finger prints on them.

Crazy fun! Great prizes, some games I've never even seen before straight from Japan, and the best part about the bowling lanes is multiple size finger holes for each weight, nice touch ✌️❤️ so much fun I came two nights in a row with different friends. I'm so grateful this is at Danbury Fair Mall!!!!
