2nd time coming here. I’ve been going to other location for over 4 years but we bought a house close to this location. The service is fantastic and so is the food as well as the prices! If you looking for a nice family place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner definitely stop here and you won’t regret it!

Pros: Waffles, pancakes and omelets are decent.

Cons: Homefries were burnt, SUPER oily and absolutely inedible. Grits were not the best.

I got different meals to go hence the box, however, I wish I had looked at the food before leaving. This meal with the homefries was absolutely disgusting.

This restaurant boasts white tablecloth quality food in a very casual and relaxed atmosphere. I have lived in Port Orange my whole life and we have gone to every restaurant in the area - this is our favorite casual eatery. The food is so rich and delicious, presentation is great and the servers are friendly. We primarily come here for dinner but lunch and breakfast is just as on par. Wednesdays have live music. We love Rossi’s.

Along with the great rating, this place is near where I live (off Ridgewood) so because of the rating, I thought it would be awesome. I ended up looking at the breakfast menu before I got there, on my phone, got the Morning Star Breakfast. Sounded good, was pretty cheap ($6). I also got a bloody Mary because that was only $4 along with a cup of water.

I usually order my eggs over medium wherever I go, which usually is slightly firm on the outside and the yolk is somewhat runny but not entirely... or so I thought. To me, it seemed more like they were over easy. I got home fries instead of grits or a slice of tomato (should've gotten the tomato). The home fries weren't very flavorful and were still pretty hard/undercooked. Even the wheat toast I got seemed undercooked since it cooled off so fast and the butter hardly melted. The only thing in my opinion that seemed somewhat edible, was the veggie patty that came with the platter, which I'm sure was probably delivered and previously frozen... obviously... not cooked enough, again.

The bloody mary itself was just ok. Not spicy enough for me, no horseradish (like in most bloody marys) not much in there besides a bunch of ice cubes and a pickle spear, mostly just tomato juice it seemed (I didn't get a buzz at all). I almost felt like getting a bottle of beer to make up for the bloody mary. The pickle spear was good. Crunchy and juicy.

I don't know, maybe the kitchen manager was rushing the cook to get orders out or the cook just always undercooks food no matter what. Either way, I'm glad he/she decided to give me half off the bill, even though I still ended up having to pay for the bloody mary (I didn't say anything about it while I was there, just the food). My waitress did say they can cook a whole new meal for me but I didn't want to wait since I had my mother waiting for me at home.

I also noticed no one working there had a mask on. Apparently co-vid or it's new strain isn't an issue there. ‍♀️ Sorry but I wear a mask literally every where I go.

Aside from the food, drinks, and pandemic, the staff was pretty nice and the food and drinks were pretty cheap.
