25$ fee for everything! Nothing to make your stay warming. No trailer parking and site very tight. Good luck trying to reach resort management. Only text at best. You will have to figure it out on your own and hopefully they have the slip that you reserved available

The parking is horrible. Not enough room for trailers. Grass grown up on the lots. |The man in the office is not very friendly. Mr. Grump! He's not very accommodating. |Pulled sheets off of bed. The mattress had urine stains all over it. |Won't be returning.

We stayed in an end condo on the top floor. The unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a huge balcony that has sliding doors from the master and the living room. It was perfect for our family. The master bedroom and the bedroom on the far end facing the parking area have a king bed. The middle bedroom has a queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have views of the lake. There is a full size stackable washer & dryer. The balcony is amazing with nice furniture. It is screened in so you don’t have to deal with bugs or birds. The carpet is new, furniture is nice, mattresses are okay. There’s no elevators, so if you can’t go up & down stairs you want a ground floor unit. |Downfalls: The master bedroom smelled like BO. The mesh for the balcony needs to be cleaned. There are spider webs and a little algae on the balcony siding. Other than that, we thought it was pretty wonderful for our family. |The pool by the lake is small, but cute. The hot tub is a regular single family hot tub. It was only 88 degrees. It’s a really cute area. There is goose droppings all over the grass out there. The pool and swimming area by the older end are a hazard though. Someone is doing construction on the swimming area and there are drainage pipes half in the water. Major hazard for the littles! The swim dock is covered in debris. Do not swim there while it is under construction. The pool is old, but functional. The landscaping at the older end and the office needs some TLC. The boat docks are new and I think they are nice. |Bottom line- This resort could be adorable with a little cleaning and upkeep. I highly recommend the condos.

I have stayed here several times. I like the location. They have clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice docks with a fish cleaning station. Pretty decent boat ramp, but it is on the main channel, so it can get a little rough out there trying to launch or load a boat.

You can't swim in the lake here. Pools were fine we had fun. There lounge chairs were plastic and break easily. Pools were not cleaned regularly. Man was rude to half our party. Bags of ice are over priced. Rooms had water damaged and water pressure sucked. Had construction going on the whole time. Had a game room but there quarter machine was broken. Trash was heaping over dumpster. Grill was rusting and had holes in it. Just minor things but for what we paid things should be better in the cabins and not just the condominiums. Gave discount for paying cash though! That's always a plus.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. First time we stayed here, called and checked in the same day! They upgraded us from a regular cottage to a condo instead for minimal price difference. Love the fact that the deck was screened in so nothing could be lost off of it into the water. Pool and hot tub are saltwater. Kids loved feeding the ducks every morning!

I don't usually like to post negative reviews because I am a business owner as well and I understand some things can go wrong, but, our stay in room #1 (the older buildings) this past weekend was horrible. Yes, I understand they are older and some of the cheapest rooms on their property, but wow, for $110/night (off-season) I expected a little better accommodations. First, the door was very unsecure. All it had was a knob lock and the door moved back and forth as if it has been kicked in before. Had someone just put their shoulder into it, they could have come right in. The vertical blinds across the big windows were missing about 7 pieces, so there was no way to have total privacy, and being right next to the office, there were people walking by all the time. The TV on the wall looked to be about 19" and we could not figure out how to get the cable to work. One of the things I was looking most forward to was sitting on the deck outside...but I guess we were supposed to sit on the floor because no outside chairs were provided. The toilet barely flushed and you had to hold down the flusher for a good 5 seconds for the water to go down. There were outlets that didn't work. There were birds nesting in the wall AC so crying baby birds were a constant. They provided a coffee maker but no coffee cups. The microwave had a burning smell when used. The whole room had a funky smell upon entering. And the comforters and chairs were from the 1970-80s. Oh, and you're expected to take out your own trash and pull your sheets off the bed, and if you don't, they will charge you extra. We would have complained and tried to get another room, but no one was ever in the office! I chose this place on a whim because it shared my name (though it was named after a guy named Robert?), but we will never go back. Disappointing.

We stayed at Robin's resort for a three day weekend. We rented a three bedroom unit for 6 adults. We were supplied with 6 wash cloths and 6 towels. When contacting the office, to obtain fresh towels, we were informed that there was a pay laundry on the premises that we could use to wash their towels if we wanted fresh ones. They refused to swap out the dirty ones for clean towels. The mattresses and pillows should have been replaced long ago. There is a coffee maker but no coffee or filters for the guests. They do have a very nice screened in patio at the rear of each unit. It was unfortunate that the smell of dead fish ran us right back inside as it was intolerable. There are a lot of nice places to stay at Lake of the Ozarks. Robin's resort is not one of them.
