Insanely expensive. To rent one lane for an hour plus show rentals came out to $70. There was no option to skip the tip, so we had to tip 15% minimum. For what? They didn't do anything except take my payment. There shouldn't even have been a tip option let alone no choice to bypass it. The older lady at the counter seemed to have an attitude and was impatient. We waited an hour to bowl due to them being busy, that's fine. But after having to wait, they didn't have our shoe sizes, the lane kept messing up and setting up all the pins on the second turn after hitting a few the first time, The scores weren't accurate at all, and there's one bench to share between 2 lanes so there's not adequate seating for people. Especially if both lanes can have up to 6 players. Not worth the price at all honestly. Won't be returning.

So, here’s what happened: I ordered a pizza, and when it finally came out, it was burnt. I mean, not even close to edible. They did make another one, which is nice, but that’s a bit of a hassle when you’re just trying to relax and enjoy your food. Then, I went bowling, which was supposed to be fun, but they charge by the hour. You’d think if the lane shuts down in the middle of a game, they’d give you credit for the repair time, right? Nope! I was in the middle of the game, totally focused, and then it just shuts down. No compensation or anything, just downtime eating away at the hour I paid for. It’s like paying for a full experience but only getting part of it. Not cool at all.

We recently had our employee appreciation party at River City Lanes. They catered to our every need, waited on us all night and did so with a smile. Super friendly crew, shout out to Cherie and Ely. They made our night so easy for us, we just came in, and had fun and they took care of the rest. Thank you, you guys are the best. (Restoration 1). See you next year!

My husband and I took the kids to Rivercity Bowling and we were so happy with the experience! It was clean and well maintained, everyone was so nice and we got to enjoy lunch at the grill there, which turned out to be really good food and the customer service was perfect! It was a wonderful day, I would absolutely recommend it! Definitely a 5 star experience ?
