Rexburg Re-Escape - Rexburg, Idaho

My sister and I were in town for a nearby marathon, and we decided to do all three rooms. We really enjoyed all of them! My favorite was the mob-themed room, but all had intuitive puzzles and were fun to solve. We do a lot of escape rooms, and we saw puzzles that were new to us. Megan was so great (and so was the guy, but we missed his name)!

My husband and I LOVE this place! We have done multiple escape rooms here and we are never left disappointed! The atmosphere is always exciting, the staff are kind and helpful, and they’re not stingy about hints, which is perfect for those of us who are not great at escape rooms! 11/10 recommend!

Great place and super fun! Went on a double date and staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms are smaller, but regardless it was fun and lots to solve. Staff was helpful if we needed clues. We had an hour to do the escape room with a tv as a timer. Since we were one of the last groups and our group was a little slower lol, staff added a lot of extra time so we could solve the room. We all had a good laugh and a great time. Definitely recommend!

My brother and I went did the Houdini escape room, the puzzles were interesting and when we were gifted lots of extra time to finish the room 10/10 would try the other rooms next time

If you ever want to feel like you’ve been robbed of your money, come here. The ET themed room looked great when we started. Everything after that was terrible. The props being used for the puzzles were previously used in some of there other rooms but they forgot to paint over the old stuff so it was extremely confusing.

A few things in the room were not suppose to be there so it was super misleading. We spent the first 20 minutes using 3-4 objects that weren’t even suppose to be in there.

It was a massive disappointment and will not be returning soon.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to make things right. He was kind and understanding. We will give them another chance 🙂

This is our second time here. The first time we did the magician room and it was super fun. This time we did the alien abduction one and it was very frustrating. We lost time due to missing props and boxes were left open/unlocked so we weren't sure how we opened them. This left us confused about which codes go to which locks. Very disappointing. Please set up the rooms correctly or immediately address when things aren't right (pause timer or issue refund/free game).

Great experience with my siblings and family! Escape Room was challenging and fun. Great story telling throughout the escape, and the puzzles were good. Definitely will go again!

Went in with a group of 4 people including myself. We went into the Kidnapped room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room has cubbies to store you things or you can hand things to the staff to hold behind the desk. There is a big chalk board with rules on it, a couch, and a bean back for when you are waiting for your experience to begin.

The introduction was easy to understand and we were given our "story". The room itself was very small so I am glad there were only 4 of us. The size only adds to the story which was great. The room was covered in fake blood and other decorative objects that were creepy! It was hard for us to get started but once we did we were able to open a few of the objects. We did use all our (3) clues and (2) clarifying questions and the game masters were very helpful. We did end up staying past out allotted time of 1 hour, however, we were so close to the end that I think the game master wanted to give us the chance to complete the puzzle. Very tough puzzle but overall very fun.

If I had any feedback I would suggest the temperature of the room be a little more controlled but apart from that we had a totally positive experience and will definitely be back!
