Food was nothing to get excited about. Sushi rolls were loose and too large to be bite size (either in diameter or cut) so eating with chopsticks is out of the question. The dining room was cold and we all kept our coats on while eating. Our waitress was great... attitude, recommendations, suggestions for combinations, etc.

It was slow so the service was good and the food came out quickly. The server was nice and he seemed to enjoy his job and chatted with whom i assume are regular customers. Not the place to go for atmosphere unless you're a fan to televisions and and music fitted for the staffs preferences. I had the dragon roll, and am disappointed in the slivers of eel that was supposed to be a main attraction for the dish. Plum wine was good. So was the seaweed salad.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! I have ordered from here multiple times, each time spending $250-$650 for business meeting lunches. There was always a nice gal who worked here who was very helpful and always offered to help me carry the food out, without me even asking for assistance. Today however was a whole different story. After paying a 20% ($40) tip for a smaller sized to-go order, then waiting an hour and 15 minutes without any communication from the server named Wyatt, I respectfully asked him for a little help to carry the bags out to the car as my hands were full with half of the bags, drinks, my wallet, car keys and cell phones, he said no. I looked at it him shock after tipping $40 on a $200 to-go order, waiting an hour and 15 minutes even though he said it would be 15-20 minutes when the order was placed, hence forth making me miss my entire business meeting. There was literally no one in the restaurant, they were not busy at all, and taking 30 seconds to help a customer who was already late because of the hour and 15 minute wait without any apology or even acknowledgement, out to their vehicle, was not a lot to ask for. Gratuity is something you earn for good customer service, not an entitlement, and especially 20% on a to-go order which I always happily provide. I have never had such awful customer service than I received today from Wyatt. A downright nasty attitude. I will never patronize this place again for any of my business meetings or for personal dining. The food wasn’t anything to write home about either.

The food was great. Service was a little lacking. We waited a long time for the food when there wasn’t very many people in there, then had to chase someone around for the bill when we were done. Got the Double Double Roll. And the egg rolls! Some of the best egg rolls I have tried!

Absolutely amazing!! I got the Midnight Train Roll and my bf got the bento dinner! I ended up getting 2 extra pieces of sushi and the portions for the dinner were great! The prices are fantastic and the food was beyond good. They have a lot of options as well for food so there’s something for everyone !

The sushi is deliciously balanced and FORTIFIED. You definitely get your moneys worth in terms of volume, flavor, and overall quality. Service was timely and attentive. As a party of four, we left happy and satiated
