Recreation Coffee is truly the best café my partner & I have had the pleasure of frequenting by far. Their value on excellence & community are evident in everything we have experienced so far; the pricing for such quality is unparalleled & the atmosphere is lovely. Every drink I have tried here is the best version of that drink I have ever tasted, so I enjoy exploring new options here because I know they will be made beautifully. The seasonal drinks are thoughtfully curated.

Having this local gem within a sea of coffee chains is refreshing to say the least, especially knowing they care so much more about their drinks and workers. Super friendly + skilled baristas, too. Very much worth a visit coming from people who enjoy fine teas and coffee!

Delicious coffee and fantastic canollis!!!

I've tried the chocolate chip, raspberry, and pistachio cannolis, and all are wonderful. I also loved my mocha. It was rich, full-flavored, and smooth.

I absolutely would recommend checking them out. Next time, I'll likely order my coffee to-go... even if I'm sitting in. It was difficult to carry the drink and the food without fear of spilling.

My son Jonathan loves this place. He says the coffee and specialty drinks are excellent, the owners & staff are especially knowledgeable and very friendly, and the space is comfortable and well thought out… If you see him there, tell him to visit his mom more often

Wow..

I am really impressed with this coffee shop. The coffee is rich and smooth. The service was fast and friendly.

The cannolis were cold and really tasty. A little pricey, but worth trying

Cute coffee nook nestled inside a bicycle shop. Chai latte was great. Only complaint is limited seating inside if you’re looking for somewhere to sit and work- looks to be plenty outside when it’s warmer.

This is written on the one week anniversary of their opening. This stylish coffee shop is a welcome return of a cafe in this location.

Featuring a variety of whole beans from Metric Coffee and Sirius Roasters, teas, and other local goods, the shop has a lot to offer.

The menu has a range of beverages for refined espresso purists and those wanting something sweet. There are a small variety of high quality syrups as well as a collection of milk alternatives. The offerings focus on quality, rather than an endless ranges of flavors. On weekends they feature cannoli made locally in Macomb.

The drinks I ordered today were delicious!

The cafe itself features a variety of seating options, including tables with chairs and cushioned benches with an accessibility-friendly layout.

I’m looking forward to returning and spending more time here in the future!
