We booked the 2 hour birthday package for my son's 10th birthday, him and his friends had so much fun! Although they aren't old enough to know too much about the old school games they loved it! Reasonable prices, the games all worked great, and if they didn't, they helped and attended to you fast! Only reason for the 4 stars is because when we initially came in to check out the place and put our deposit down the little party area they showed us, wasn't there when we went in for our party date. The arcade was also completely rearranged, so there wasn't much room for their tables to be set up when it got super busy. Nonetheless, my kids still had a great time.

Fantastic new location ! Great variety of games, can't beat the price for a private rental for a birthday party. Owners answer Emails quickly to answer questions and get it booked. Also very cool and polite. We were very impressed and had a fantastic time ! Thank you for making my sons birthday one that he will never forget !

This is the place Northern Independence has needed for a long time! It's a phenomenal, locally-owned family business that provides a safe, fun environment for kids (and adults) to have a great time together playing epic retro video games. You pay one price for the whole day, and you can even leave and come back later on the same admission. It's only $10 for unlimited play ($8 for kids), or just $7 for an unlimited hour if you don't have the whole day to play. The arcade is stocked with retro games, and there's also a whole cabinet of board/table games if you'd like to sit and try something different. I love that the owners have decided on an alcohol-free, family-friendly model. There are tons of soft drinks and snacks available to purchase (think sodas, sports drinks, candy, chips, nuts, etc...) You should check out this awesome venue and support a new local business! Youth pastors and other club leaders, teachers, or coaches should look into hosting their next outreach or team event here, too! We will definitely be back!

Great place for a party. Rented out the location for my son’s birthday party. They were so easy to work with. The place was clean. All the games worked. Everything was set up and ready to go when we got there. I’d give a 10 if it was an option. We had a great time and we’ll definitely be going back.

Had my boyfriend’s 30th birthday here, and it was great! They were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend booking this place for your next event, especially if you’re an arcade fan, as you can have the whole arcade to your group for a pretty affordable price.

Our group, ranging from the ages of 3-70s, told me afterwards how much fun they had. Again, I totally recommend!

We recently went to Rapid Fire for a family night - my boys love video games! The nostalgic of the place was amazing, brought back so many memories of being a kid at the arcade. As we were leaving my son asked to have his birthday party there. So we did! It was great to be able to rent the space out for just our family and friends and enjoy all the games to ourselves.

If you’re looking for a fun low key outing this is a must do!
