(05-27-2019) our family went to a birthday party here. It was fun. The family rented a small enclosed pavilion. It had A/C, water, electrical and restrooms. Just outside is a patio with plenty of benches and seats. I didn't see the staff till the end of the party. The place has plenty shade and lots of stuff to do. There is a big brown wooden swing set with yellow slides.it looks like a castle. Next to that are swings. They look like hanging birds nest. There is a trampoline with a Safety net for jumping. The guys yoing and old went to the basketball court. They had 6 adjustable courts. We had them from 11' to 6' high.The kids loved it. In the middle of the place is a toddlers area. It has a small swing set with a slide, giant legos, a very tiny home with a kitchenette lol. Good times!

My first experience with Rainbow Play System was over 10 years ago when I purchased a permanent basketball hoop and a trampoline for our children. Lots of fun for many years. Eventually all our children became young adults and now we have the grandchildren. With time the trampoline deteriorated and needed a replacement. I went back to Rainbow Play Station in Boerne and was greeted by the sales manager, Mr Ross Garza, a very pleasant and professional individual. The warranty from the trampoline expired and Mr Garza was able to get us a new one and removed the old one at a very reasonable price. Mr Garza is willing to work with the customer as much as he can. New trampoline was purchased and installed within a week. Had a minor glitch with the trampoline and a phone call to Mr Garza took care of the issue and situation was fixed within a week. In addition, the leveler of the basketball hoop stopped working. I called back and spoke with Alelhy, front desk manager, activity coordinator, warranty coordinator and anything else that is needed and explained the situation. She was able to find the sales purchase receipt(I misplaced the original) and guided me in how to initiate the warranty process. ALL PARTS were still under warranty and was approved for replacement. At first visit to replace basketball hoop it was noted that an additional part was needed and, again, Alelhy, was able to assist in the process of getting the additional part needed. I even got a call from the production manager,Colin, to explain the reason of why additional parts were needed. Finally, the project was completed last week and ready to get our grandchildren to enjoy them. What a great team Rainbow Play System has in Boerne. Highly recommended. Thanks

Not sure how to rate. Sales great, installation forget it! I don’t know where to begin 😤 We purchased a system for our children and Adam at Boerne location was awesome. He was kind and helpful. He made sure everything was appropriately done. Now fast forward seven weeks later to our delivery and installation day. Two men showed up in the morning around 940am. They both got out and seemed very nice and respectful. They asked me where I wanted the system to go and all the necessary information they needed to begin work. Well one of the men disappeared. He went and got in their truck and went and laid down and went to sleep. The other guy got busy working putting the system together. He had the main part all together by himself when I decided to call the office and let them know that I didn’t think it was fair that he had been putting it together alone while the other was asleep in the truck. I was advised by the office that they would contact production on the matter ASAP. Not a minute later the guy who was asleep in the truck came out yelling and cussing. He went as far as calling me profanity name and that I should mind my own business. He then decided to kick a pile of wood that the other guy had placed on the ground. I had enough of what I heard and I went outside on the deck and asked them “if there was a problem”. At first the guy wouldn’t answer and I repeated myself. He then replies “no there’s no (profanity word) problem. I had told him that there seems to be and that I heard everything he said because the window is open where I was sitting inside and seen him kick the stuff that I purchased. He didn’t care one bit! I spoke to the manager of production and honestly didn’t feel it was a very sincere phone call about the issue. They didn’t even install everything as there is a large piece sitting in our yard that still had to be installed. So overall Adam was great, the lead builder Jordan was amazing, production manager not 100% convinced on his words. Disrespected on my own property!! Used profanity along with yelling in front of my two young children! Kicking and throwing wood (that’s part of the system) that we purchased!! I am disgusted!

I had the most pleasant experience with Rainbow Play Systems in Boerne! I stopped in to get some playground accessories and didn't know I could also purchase other items besides playgrounds and trampolines! I purchased the Big Egg for my husband as a gift and it is AWESOME!!! -(if you like to grill, you GOTTA GET ONE!) and got a awesome basketball goal that is lifetime warranty, just like our playground, I have had over 10 years and still looks great. (Whenever it needs a touchup, I call them and they come out and make it look good as new for a great price) The manager, Ross, and his staff are always so pleasant to work with... Also, a GREAT PLACE TO RENT OUT TO HAVE YOUR KIDS BIRTHDAY!! Nothing beats having a place to get to go outdoors and have a hay-day with all those playgrounds. I don't give out reviews often, but had to on this location! Keep up the good work!

Our family attended a large (350+ person) party at Rainbow Play Systems tonight. All of my kids, ages 1-12 years old, had a blast and are begging to go back. There were so many different options for them to choose, from games to playground equipment and even an area for the little ones. Their favorite was all the trampolines. It felt secure, as it was fenced and secluded but still conveniently located. We appreciated all the natural shade from the oak trees. We will definitely come back, as it's a great place to have a party for all ages.

Buyer beware! We live in Midland, Texas and purchased a large play system from Rainbow Boerne as this was listed as the closest retailer. When we purchased there was never ANY mention of our location being an issue. The wait for installation was quite long. When they finally came to install, they literally forgot 1/3 of the entire play ground. They said they would be back tomorrow with the correct parts - they lied and no showed us for two weeks. Both the rainbow sales and installers wouldn’t answer their phones during this time. Meanwhile, they left an absolute hazard in our backyard (ex:stairs built up to a platform with no railing). They finally show up unexpected and finish the job. It’s an unimpressive installation (ex: several loose pieces) and they forget the ball swing. The manager says she will mail us the ball swing so that we can install that part ourself (?) no apology or offer of recompense on the installation even though we did not get what we paid for and ended up having to install the final pieces ourselves. We use the playground for about four months and then a serious crack in the swing beam develops. Turns out the replacement beam IS covered by the warranty but it’s $500 to ship it to is and they will NOT help or coordinate installation because we are so far away and we also have to pay for installation on the replacement beam. Awful that they would sell it to us without any mention of it not being able to be serviced once it was purchased, and they had the money in their pocket. The new manager Ross is kind but overall really unhelpful.

Even if we hadn’t had such a terrible experience with this location, I still can’t recommend rainbow play systems. They aren’t what they used to be - after a few months of use, cracks are everywhere, handles are all
Rusted and loose, the extra pieces like the periscope are cheap and broken. Several
Of our friends have better play systems that are twice the quality and half the price. Cannot believe we spent $12,000 on such a shoddy product and even worse installation and customer service.

Purchasing the system was a great. It took 3 months before they could come out. Then extended another month. Finally got noticed they could come out next day or I could wait for an unknown amount of time. So I rearranged my schedule for the next day last minute. Installation went well, no problems except the wrong hanging bar was installed, ythat took another about 3 weeks. Finally, thought I was done. 3 MONTHS later only, I noticed the bolts connecting the swing to the wooden bar were loose and sliding back and forth. I called the office and I was assured someone would get back to me, never happened. 3 months later I called again and was told someone would get back to me no one ever did. I called again now over a year from purchase because now the bolt covers themselves were following out, the swing sliding even more and was told someone would get back to me. This time they did actually to tell me installation stuff is only covered for 30 DAYS... after installation. I did however qualify for maintenance. (Lucky me) witb the stellar price of just $295 🙄 for just coming out to my home and almost then it was almost $700 for the maintenance. So for their system, just over a year old and have been asking for help for a year...least to say a local handyman will be doing the "maintenance" which is mandatory that the stain be constantly kept up or any structural warranty would be denied. Would not buy from here again.
