Amazing workout! James is not only very nice but extremely helpful. He took the time to explain all parts of the TRX band and while in the workout correct our form to prevent injury! I highly recommend going to Quest Fitness, I will be back!

Awesome workout. Awesome people. Fun class with just the right level of challenge. My only regret....I travel so I can't go as much as I would like...James is an awesome teacher. Try a class...you will be glad you did.
