I walked into Prime Time Bowl expecting a fun night with my family, but instead, I walked out feeling singled out, disrespected, and completely disgusted by how I was treated.

The night started fine. I paid for my game, got my shoes, and settled in, but then things took a turn. As I looked around, I noticed several tables with outside drinks. Dr Pepper, apple juice, you name it. No one said a word to them. But when I had a simple bottle of water, suddenly, I was a problem.

A staff member approached me and demanded that I throw it away or put it up. Fine. I didn’t know the rule, and I had no issue following it. But here’s where things went left. Since I had nowhere to put the bottle, I politely offered for her to throw it away. Instead of handling it with any kind of professionalism, she aggressively pointed at me and snapped, “No, YOU can throw it away.”

Let me be clear. I was NOT rude. I was NOT arguing. I was NOT refusing to comply. Yet, I was spoken to like I was a child who had done something wrong.

What made it even worse? The blatant double standard.

I saw people with outside drinks all night long, and not a single one of them was told to throw theirs away. I was the only one targeted for something that apparently didn’t matter when it came to other customers.

Why was I singled out? Why was basic respect too much to ask for?

This whole experience left me furious and deeply disappointed. I wish I had gotten this woman’s name. She was older than the younger girl who gave my family our shoes, and I never saw her when I first arrived or throughout the time I was bowling. I don’t know what department she works in, but I’ll never forget how unnecessary and downright rude she was.

After this, I started looking at the reviews for this place and wow, I wish I had read them before coming. I’m not the only one who has had issues with rude, unprofessional staff here. It’s a pattern. And the fact that nothing is changing tells me one thing.

They don’t care.

They don’t care how their staff treats paying customers. They don’t care about enforcing their rules fairly. They don’t care about providing a welcoming experience.

And if that’s how they want to run their business, they won’t be getting my money ever again.

If you’re thinking about visiting this place, read the reviews and think twice. No one deserves to be disrespected and treated unfairly at a place that’s supposed to be about fun.

We didn’t feel welcomed at all. We get the vip section every time we come, $50 for an hour we pay for our shoes & we like to listen music. The white lady who I’m assuming is the manager had the jukebox on the bar side removed off the wall to prevent customers to listening to music even though we had were paying cash to pick what we wanted to listen to. We were told they got tired of listening to the “rap & twerk music”. That’s coo, we went to the other juke box that is on the other side, THERE ARE NO BLACK ARTIST ON THE SEARCH LIST. it’s like someone removed hip hop & the R&B genre. I’m not kidding.

So our hour ended in our lane & the building didn’t shut down for another 1hr & 30min. The manager started turning on the lights & rushing around us with an attitude as if we weren’t already getting ready to leave because we didn’t feel welcomed.

She acts like this every time.

00000 stars! My experience at Primetime Bowling with my church family wasn't a good one. The assistant manager (Misty) was very rude!!! We took the kids from the church there to have a good time, in which they did because they are children and they didn't know anything was going on. But she had an attitude from the time we walked in. We spent between 6 to 7 hundred dollars or more in there and had to put up with her bad attitude so the kids could have fun. We had a package where whoever bowled, we would pay $22 plus tax and they had 2 hours to bowl. In those two hours, I know those lanes messed up about 10 to 15 times which took away our bowling time. There had to be at least 10 people bowling, which we had 15 and you couldn't mixed the food. So this meant everybody had to get pizza or everybody had to get chicken strips. They couldn't get what they wanted. It all had to be one or the other, which was stupid because we're paying for it and I think they should have been able to get what they wanted because everybody don't like pizza. Not to mention we bought extra pizzas and other food on top of that so there would be enough food because that $22 deal is nothing, food wise. Also they tried to charge us 50 plus dollars for two plates of chicken strips, two strips per plates, fries and two drinks. And get this. After the 2 hours were up, my daughter asked could she get a refill before we left and Misty said NO, your two hours is up. Mind you, we get two refills anyway so that should not have been an issue. But you mean to tell me that we could come in there, pay you $700 plus and we couldn't even get a refill before we left.😡 Now that's bad business but they don't have to worry about us bringing the kids back. NEVER!!! And I'll say this, a place with rude management, days are numbered. It might not be tomorrow but if they don't get under new management, it won't stand. DON'T GO THERE!!! Not honest at all lied to my face about not having menus for the vip bar area then couldn’t purchase drink with valid ID the bartender in the back needs to be looked at or fired too many complaints on this one person messing up the atmosphere of the whole team everyone else was friendly working hard making sure you got took care of even though they were kind of packed that night but the vip area ain’t worth it if you can’t even enjoy yourself because of what color you are. Several people purchased alcoholic beverages right before me but when it was my time I asked if they had a li menu thing she said no but I seen them in the left hand corner so I ain’t say nothing just picked a shot of what I seen they had saw my ID says I’m of age but refused to serve me. Think she has some racial characteristics really sad in 2025

Do not use for company parties. They wanted everyone to get a drink before putting the food out. They wanted everyone to eat before getting shoes. Nobody could bowl for most of the first hour of the reservation. The amount of food out of wouldn't have fed that many kids, let alone that many adults. They charged a small fortune to prepare more. And charged a ridiculous gratuity for doing so. We had to refill our own drinks from a couple pitchers or wait for someone to come out from the kitchen. The lanes kept messing up. Their only excuse was they only had one mechanic there. It's not the customers fault if you don't staff appropriately for a private party. I would not recommend for any parties and will not go back there for family fun either.
Very disappointing.
They just want money, not worried about customer service at all.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Had my Grandmas 90th birthday party there and it was a blast! Everyone was so helpful and attentive.

Terrible place. My family and I paid for their VIP (private) section, which was by the bar. The bartender, Misty, was extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional. She racially profiled us — showing nothing but micro aggressions. My cousin went to order drinks and was told the bar was closed, but two men came approx. 10mins later and were sitting at the bar with their drinks they ordered. Misty lied, I can’t help but think it’s because we are Black. She wasn’t welcoming at all. I observed her 4 different times staring at us while we were bowling. Two of my family members went to order drinks (after they noticed the guys at the bar) and got questioned by Misty about what we were doing in our section. We were bowling, yet, she assumed we were doing something wrong/inappropriate. She stereotyped us from the moment we walked in.

Misty had someone from the front desk end our bowling game before the 1hr. mark (paid for). When questioned she rudely said, “this is private property, we close when we want.” She proceeded to turn on the lights and clean around us. She came to our area grabbing a plate of food, which we weren’t finished with. Some of my family members stopped her because they (we) were still eating. She was picking up stuff without communicating with us first.

As stated, she claimed they were closing, although, their hours showed close time at 12am on Sat.’s. Two of my cousins went to the front and spoke with a guy (guessing he was the manager on duty) explaining the situation with our game and he kindly added back time for us to finish our game. Once the game ended, as we’re preparing to leave, Misty is over by the bar loudly saying disrespectful words to our party. The final straw was when she said, “don’t come back again!” Very impolite. We had children with us and she showed no respect. Nothing warranted her disgusting behavior, which causes me to strongly believe it was racially motivated.

When my sister addressed Misty and expressed her disappointment to the guy (guessing manager on duty) he did nothing. Based on my family and I’s experience, this isn’t a place that welcomes Black people. Don’t go here!!

Horrible environment with watered down alcoholic beverages.

The bartender, Misty, was rude and unprofessional. She was very accusatory towards my family and I. She displayed characteristics of a racist. Misty was unwilling to help my family and I when we went to order drinks. She claimed the bar was closed when it wasn’t. Two guys ordered drinks, and were sitting at the bar, after we were told it was closed.

Not a good bowling alley. I don’t appreciate the mistreatment my family and I received.
