I ordered a combo of fry bread flight, salad, homemade tea, and I enjoyed ?% of it. It is fresh, healthy, filling, and delicious. My only complaint is that the truck is not always open during listed business hours (this isn't the 1st time I've been to this Pavillion), but the owner was friendly and patient with my many questions. So the experience will cause my return or try another truck when they're closed.

Went to Pow’Waw Food Truck at Post Falls Pavilion Pavilion. So good!! Amazing fresh fry bread with really great sauces! We tried the Frybread Flight and they gave us an extra piece of plain frybread to try with just the sauces. The Chile Wojapi sauce with Frybread was so good ?! The salmon had the perfect amount of smoked flavor, turkey was super tender, and the bison ?. It was all delicious ?. So much more to try, and they're on Door Dash!

This food is a true treasure of our region, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of pre-Columbian times. Every dish they create is a masterpiece, blending history and flavor into something truly extraordinary. The flavors are bold, unique, and absolutely unforgettable. I can’t choose a favorite because each visit is an adventure—I try something new every time! Most recently, I chose a special, the elk sloppy Joe, which was a perfect balance of savory and tender, not too sweet. I also had in the maple frybread, a sweet delight that left me speechless. We’re incredibly lucky to have access to such a remarkable culinary experience right here in our community.

Pow'waw truly deserves the highest rating possible. I've eaten there three times, and each experience was pure bliss. Reading the menu doesn't prepare you for the unique and balanced flavors in every dish here. The sauces and seasonings really stand out. I've tried most of the menu, and there's not a single item that I wouldn't recommend.

Don't bother trying to decide between salmon and bison. Order the Pow'waw which has both. They work really well together.

Just wow! Definitely a new and original flavor for cda. This little food truck packs a punch of flavor. I met the owner/chef who helped me make the best choices for me. The frybread was made to order and the filling (turkey poblano) was incredibly flavorful with traditional seasonings (the entrees are huge so he was kind enough to do a smaller version) . A whole lot of yum! I'll be back for sure!

The food is very fresh and delicious. While I enjoyed each of the meat options, it's not really necessary. The fry bread with the delicious veggies is all you need. Very nice people and I'm glad they brought this to Coeur d'alene.

On my cross country road trip I've been hitting up all the native american restaurants (since they're uncommon where I live). This is one of the few with some unique & healthy items so I couldn't pass it up. Wish I could go back to try it all!
