Nice little bowling alley in the middle of the town. Staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Alley is in pretty good condition, and everything is being well up-kept. Food is good, inexpensive. They have a pool table, slots, and lounge area as well as a pro-shop. Would definitely recommend for someone wanting to get into a league or just casually go out for a night of fun bowling.

Oh my goodness. I have been living in southern Illinois for 5 years now, looking for a new favorite bowling alley and I have finally found it. This place has the best lanes I have ever played on and they actually cook food for you too. It wasnt terribly busy either, but there isnt any more I could have asked from a bowling alley apart from it being a little closer to my home. 10/10 ill be there next time too.

Wonderful and family friendly every time. We’ve been a few times and even hosted our 6 year old son’s birthday party here. The staff, food, safety...are above reproach. All the kids love the pizza and bumpers and 6 pound balls make for great learning and fun. Laidback family fun in a laidback family town is what you’ll find on a Saturday at Poplar Junction.

Thank you to the too snobby old men working who helped make what should have been a fun memory bowling with my kids a bad memory your lack of customer friendliness is noted we just moved here this winter so it’s nice to know what to expect from businesses and people in this community thanks for ensuring we will never be back or enjoy time here again with my family sorry we ruined your stint of doing nothing and having to wait on us for a couple seconds when the place was empty

We are at Poplar Junction weekly. We love family owned bowling alleys and Poplar is a Highland gem. Whether you want to bowl, play pool, have drinks or eat dinner this is your place. Heck do all of it on the same night, take the family or a group of people. Go have fun!

Had grandsons birthday party it is a great place to have it. Their pizzas are so good
