I'm here visiting my family so I took my godson bowling. The people that work here couldn't have been nicer but we had a lot of problems with our lane and getting the balls returned. I normally have my own ball and shoes and because I'm disabled I need a lighter ball but most of them are made for kids so my fingers wouldn't fit. It's very small. I think they might have only had 15 Lanes and all the equipment including the lanes is very old but it's still a fun place to go and spend the afternoon and they do have a special on Sunday. It's also right down the street from my sister's place so it was very convenient.

Location is great, parking is open and not crowded. I like that they had a mini arcade area for kids if it's a little busy to pass time, but overall great visit and very clean inside!

Fun. Cheap night is Weds. Good service. The place is a bit run down. Rental shoes are very used. Has a bar and snack bar. Friendly staff. Family fun. Would recommend.

Great family fun. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful to us! Decent food and arcade games. Good music on jukebox. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this cute little bowling alley!

If i could give a 0 star review, I would.
We called earlier today to see about prices for bowling. They gave us the prices and we drove a 45 minute drive to go bowling here. We got here and they inform it's only leagues tonight. You'd think when we called earlier they would have told us that. There is also multiple lanes open, yet they turned down perfectly good business. The overall service over the years has went extremely downhill. This has been the only bowling alley in the area since I was a kid and it was a lot nicer, cleaner, and had friendlier service when I was younger. Definitely won't be going back again! Not worth the time for a run down building with rude staff.

Took my kiddos here for a little family birthday game and they had so much fun. They have lighter balls for little kids and bumpers of course. They do not, however, have anything smaller than a size 11 shoe for kids (I believe it was 11) so they have to play in just socks.

I telephoned the lanes and asked if they had open bowling and was told yes until closing. I drove from Heber-Overgaard (over 40 miles) and showed up with with plenty of time to bowl. The neon flashing open, hours sign saying the business is open, and I walked through the front door just to be told they had posed because of no business.

This was from the same fellow who talked to on the telephone. He then told me he explained this situation to me on the telephone which is the biggest lie. When I asked if I could bowl the answer was no because everything was shut down and the computer takes 30 minutes to warm up. I also had to listen that business is not that great on the mountain. Well I just wanted to bowl. I guess my money is not good enough and had to drive over 40 miles home. Such a fun night.. I wonder why business is bad Never let a unsatisfied customer walk out the door.

I think my review would have been different if he tried to work with me and showed he cared, but I guess he wanted to get back to the bar stool I noticed him on when I walked in.
