Pase por el lugar y por un descuido personal olvide mi cartera en el restaurante de Arbys, me fui y después de dos horas regrese a buscar mi cartera que por descuido había olvidado y no me había dado cuenta.... hable casi con todos los empleados del lugar... nadie me dio razón de nada y no había visto nada... fui a hablar con el Manager del restaurant, SHAIN, quien me dio la atención y hablo con su personal, siendo una señorita de nombre MYA quien al limpiar las mesas y atender el area, la encontró y se la llevo a su manager para resguardarla... esa cartera es muy importante para mi, independientemente de que traía mas de 500 dolares, traía mis tarjetas del banco, mis identificaciones y lo mas delicado aun... my licencia de conducir internacional de la que depende mi trabajo... todo estaba en orden, me la guardaron por si la reclamaban, afortunadamente pude recuperar mi cartera, reconocí la gran labor y trabajo de SHAIN Y MYA ... les estoy infinitamente agradecido por su honestidad, a mía la recompense por su gran honestidad y buena obra... espero que ademas de mi reconocimiento la vida los llene de éxito y que sus anhelos se logren ya que me hicieron una gran obra al regresarme algo tan valioso para mi... GRACIAS MYA GRACIAS SHAIN.... gracias gracias gracias.....GRACIAS .... son los empleados del año .... no tengo palabras para agradecer totalmente tal

The management in this location is absolutely no good. Apparently management doesn't do random checks because whomever is supposed to be cleaning the showers is not doing their job properly. I go in to shower 5 and there's no toilet paper. I tries to call the store and no answer. I called corporate and they couldn't get a hold of an on duty manager. Then get in the shower and the faucet is not working properly. There's no way to adjust the temperature because the know is stuck in one position. The only way to turn on the water is switch from the top shower head to the hose. Then the previous driver left me a gift that the person who "cleans" the shower should have disposed of, a barber of soap with hair. So I reported everything to the manager Justin and as i expected he did nothing. So the next person will have to deal with the same issue. The coffee area nerds to be replenished, no cold cups, no straws, low on almost all flavor shots, dirty machines and coffe area. This place has just become crap. 🤮 i don't recommend stopping here until management does it's job.
