My kids love this place. It's reasonably priced as well. The staff have been super nice and always help in any way. I can't say enough good things about this place honestly! I highly recommend!!!!

I know we got lucky! We went at the absolute best time. Lines were short and our party of 7 got the chance to do everything we paid for over and over again! Fit the money we spent I’m very impressed. I highly suggest the vip to do everything.. it saved us from getting caught up in the arcade. Laser tag was awesome!

If I could I would leave ZERO stars. This place over charges people and think that no one will notice it. I couldn't show my transaction because they kept my receipt but I had my charge on my bank account and they say that they can't do anything about it. On top of that the lady at the counter said something to me that was a racist comment about my actions on how I am to her about the situation and threatened to call the police on me even though I was not being rude or disrespectful from the beginning. I was confused on what was going on with the charges for 4 children to jump for an hour and paid for socks. When I asked her how can we handle this she said she WILL NOT do anything about it even if I had my receipt even though employee withhold the receipt from me when the initial general admission happened. I DON'T recommend this location to anyone because they treated me as if I was this angry black woman that was an inconvenience to their establishment.

This place has so much potential unfortunately we have went twice, hoping that after the first time it would be better, but it was even worse overcrowded not enough people working most of the games weren’t working right the tickets were not being added to the cards and without any body there to help with that situation you have wasted Time and money! I do have to say, though it gets a one star because the trampoline area was fun!

Always the best customer service, fun, and food. Every birthday party we have held here has been amazing! I can't wait for the new bowling alley addition. We are so fortunate to have such a great place for our kids!

Okay let’s see where to start. If I could rate 0 stars I would. HIGHLY do not recommend, as a business owner myself I love to support and give other business a shot however this has been thee WORSE experience ever. Never was greeted at the desk, no friendliness any where. It was more like, what do you want to purchase? Smh (I should’ve walked out then, but it’s my son’s birthday weekend) this place is a figure it out on your own place. No customer service asking for assistance. I do NOT recommend getting wristbands at ALL, because you only get 2 hours of play time. I purchased the XTREME WRISTBAND which includes everything but race cars. Party safari had to be short staffed because no workers could be found at the inflatable, rock wall or bumper cars. I had to literally find workers to ask if someone could start each area for my son. Be mindful it’s a 2 hour play time wristband. Let’s not get started with laser tag. After speaking with a worker after purchasing laser tag starts every 40 mins to a hour so it’s not really all you can play within a 2 hour time frame. I’m currently sitting in this place typing this, and will never give this place another $1. I wish I could record this mess, if you want to chance it, good luck. These pictures are exactly the experienced no workers found, you will spend most of your time looking for employees.

We only went here because where my son wanted to go was closed but given the location and what it offers I thought it would be great. I WAS WRONG!! Purchasing tickets was a big confusion and all he did was try to get us to spend more. Granted all places will do that but he was not listening so he thought he was helping. We walk upstairs to go to the disgusting trampoline park and the smell of feet hits your nose like a wrecking ball! All tables were dirty and I had to ask the workers to clean them as they did not attend to the jumpers at all. Every I mean EVERY area is unsanitary. Used socks open candy bars dust and dirt everywhere!!! And I take it they don't own a vacuum!! All the trampoline obstacles were brown and just nasty!!! On the weekends i understand but it's a Wednesday this place should be clean!!! I would give a 0 star but it won't let me!!!
