Great place to enjoy food and wine with views from the vineyard. The place is out of town and up a hill, so no road noise. Staff are friendly and never had to flag someone down. Also nice that they provide these special little table fans to help keep flies away when you choose to dine outside.

The place is worth coming for the food even if you don't plan to drink wine.

Only complaint was if the warm brie could come with a few more slices of bread. Also, it may not look great from my picture, but it is dang delicious!

Beautiful picturesque place with amazing food. We didn't get to try their wine, but have heard great things from others. The mimosas were delicious though. We tried the pomegranate and the blood orange. Delicious!

Update 10/10/2022

Still one of my absolute favorite wineries in the Treasure Valley. Excellent wine, insanely great food all while enjoying a beautiful view. On a recent visit, we splurged on several goodies.

We tried the wine flights which are served in a very unique way, with four actual stemmed wine glasses instead of stemless or taster glasses. I tried the 2019 Petit Verdot, 2018 Ridge Red, 2019 Kenneth Storm (FANTASTIC, had to grab a couple bottles for home), and my favorite, 2019 Syrah. All were great!

The Korean Chicken (grilled chicken thigh skewers marinated in Korean barbeque sauce and served with coconut lime rice, $17.95) was out-of-this-world delicious. The flavor was phenomenal, marinated just right. A great combination of sweet and barbeque taste with perfectly prepared rice.

The Coconut Shrimp (six breaded coconut shrimp served with coconut lime rice and Korean barbeque and sweet chili dipping sauces, $15.95) was outstanding! Sweet and perfectly fried and the chili sauces were excellent. I could have easily devoured another plate if we hadn't ordered a burger.

You can't go wrong with any of their burgers but the best is the Storm's Deluxe (double R ranch burgers, American cheese, shredded Lettuce and Old-School Diner Sauce, $15.95). It's a classic. Served with a their signature, best-of-its-kind Rosemary Garlic Truffle Fries and an amazing Mesquite Aioli, this sando is mouthwatering. One tiny issue on this visit - there wasn't nearly enough sauce and the cheese needed to be melted more.

If you’re looking for excellent wine, five star food paired with amazing views, this is the winery for you!

We began our evening with a bottle of Storm Red ($38 a bottle) and a basket of superb garlic fries ($6.00). I truly believe I’ve never had better garlic fries in the entirety of my life! Perfectly flavored and buttered, they are a must-try and definitely worth those calories.

The entire menu was a trip. There are some very unique items. However, my ineptitude to control my cravings got the best of my and I ordered a burger, but it wasn’t just a normal burger! The Phil ($12.95), as it was named, is a Double R Ranch burger with aged cheddar cheese, bacon and Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce. I’m a burger fanatic, and I got to say this was one of the better ones I’ve had in the last few months. The cherry BBQ sauce delivered a little sweet kick that outstands your average BBQ burger. I was so full from garlic fries I had to take nearly three quarters of it home to save room for dessert!

Dessert was just as delightful. I had a slice of Blueberry White Chocolate Cheesecake ($7.95/slice). Over the top sweet, as it should be, creamy rich texture and fresh ingredients. I had to refrain from ordering a slice to go!

I look forward to future visits to Parma Ridge especially in the summertime to enjoy the outstanding views of the Treasure Valley. Summer can’t come soon enough!

Ok.....this place is amazing!! If you have never been you don't know what your are missing. Storm and Stephanie have built an amazing venue with amazing views and an awesome atmosphere. Can't recommend this place highly enough. I've heard someone dogged them a bit on a review for importing grapes they don't grow.....guess what..... don't care.....their wine is amazing and their food nothing short of epic. Rosemary garlic truffle fries..... amazing. The Korean BBQ chicken pictured was outstanding as was the Michelle flat bread with pear, arugula and balsamic reduction. In my opinion this place isn't about locally grown wine as much as it is about the amazing food and wine pairing. If your close and their open you should totally stop.

As an added bonus Stephanie is an amazing artist and her work is displayed everywhere and available for purchase.

This place is worth any detour you need to make to get there. It's about 20 minutes off I84 at exit 26.

We came for the wine and stayed for the food and beer. Apologies for not including more photos, but we really enjoyed the Brie and rosemary French fry appetizers—they were demolished by the time I thought to snap a pic (we were hungry). Also enjoyed the pork sando and fish & chips. The biggest surprise was the Parma Ridge Brewing beer. I particularly enjoyed (and recommend) the golden and amber ales. Of course, you can’t beat the scenery and friendly staff. We will be back!

Great service, great food, and awesome wines! We started our wine membership tonight and look forward to going back often.
Their baked brie, ribeye, chocolate cake, truffle fries, charcuterie board & wine pairing was all wonderful!!!
Stephanie took great care of us and had a perfect sense of humor.
My only negatives are they don't answer the phone but they do respond to texts within 24 hours and they are only open 3 days a week.
However, it is certainly worth going!
