I found it a pleasure to work with a staff of extremely nice people. I had gone through the Treasure Valley checking out furniture stores and I could easily tell that the majority of the stores over priced their products and then put them on sale. Funny thing, they still were not competitive. If you want to work with a group that are down to earth, excellent customer service and competitive. Make the drive to Parma and ask for Rosa.

They have ruined our first time buying experience from them. If you have a newborn or are about due with your first child and they tell you they can ship your furniture or appliances you need in soon (3 weeks or less), go somewhere else. 2 months wait time now for a recliner chair for my wife to feed our newborn in since our recliner broke. We paid a small fortune for it and it doesn't make sense to pay another hefty price somewhere else and be stuck with two new chairs.

1 star rating for for giving us the runaround on a chair we ordered and paid for first week of November. Called yesterday to verify if our chair came in. Parma furniture promised delivery in 3 weeks before Thanksgiving. Now they say at least another month. Pretty sure they didn't order it, just took our money. We could have went anywhere else in the valley if we knew at least a 2 MONTH wait time. This is for a chair they claimed was one of their very most popular recliners. They said they had an order coming in BEFORE Thanksgiving with the basic grey color we chose. Really disappointed in them not even offering an apology or a discount for a future purchase. 2 months wait is ridiculous for a recliner to begin with. Hopefully when we call in another 3 weeks they will have tracking on our PAID FOR chair. I have the receipt. We brought in our newborn to pick out a comfy chair for my wife for feedings but looks like we don't even get to use it, just look at the receipt and wish we had it.

The staff is friendly but of no help dealing with appliance warranties. Amana/Whirlpool to be specific. The process of getting service for a malfunctioning 4 month old Amana washer (still under warranty) was a 4 hour ordeal. Amana/Whirlpool corporation apparently laid off their customer service and quality control employees in favor of artificial stupidity. Buy another brand. I wish I had. Parma Furniture should not have recommended it.

We have gone to Parma Furniture for all of our appliances. They have always been super friendly and helpful. This last time we bought a washer dryer set. Rosa was so knowledgeable and did some digging to find us the perfect laundry tower for our space and budget. We had been out a washer and dryer for over a week and the kids were all sick. Alex did some calling and was able to have them delivered to us that day. What a life saver. Parma Furniture is just as they say like having a friend at the factory.

I recently purchased a bedroom set and decided to buy from these guys. They have a great selection, friendly staff, and provide great communitication.

During the installation of the bed frame a flaw was found from the factory and Parma Furniture got it replaced quickly with no charge. I will be doing business with them again in the future.
